Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I wished I had hired them for my wedding! The booking process was seamless and transparent. I appreciate how much they communicated with me to confirm the itinerary and sent reminders leading up to the day. We booked an SUV for the day, and the car was in pristine condition and perfect for our group of 6. Our driver, Tony, was very professional and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable and easy. He was punctual, responsive, and safe as he took us to our many destinations for the day. All of this amazing service came at a very reasonable and competitive price. I 1000% recommend hiring Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for any of your limo/driving needs! Everything ran on time even with multiple stops throughout the day, which was our biggest worry with that many people to coordinate. We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It's clear they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just getting through the job. Made one less thing for us to stress about on an already busy day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing reliable transportation in the area

When our ship was delayed getting into port, our carefully planned day suddenly had to change. Nick immediately pivoted, adjusted our schedule and helped rearrange the day so we could still have an amazing Napa experience. He truly went above and beyond. Instead of making us feel stressed about the lost time, Nick handled everything and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. He was professional, incredibly personable, knowledgeable about Napa Valley and genuinely cared about making our day special. The vehicle was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate, and the level of service was exactly what you would expect from a luxury private tour -- actually, even better. We travel frequently and have used many private drivers and tour companies, and Nick is one of the best we've ever had. What really sets him apart is his willingness to adapt when things don't go according to plan. Anyone can provide a great tour when everything runs perfectly; Nick proved how valuable he is when it didn't. If you're looking for a private driver or luxury wine-country tour in Napa or Sonoma, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick and Perata Luxury Tours. We will absolutely use him again. It's Wednesday morning and I'm scrambling to find a driver for Saturday and the other places I've called are booked full. Here comes Destination Drivers courtesy of my Chase concierge. David was perfect. I had to bring my dog along and honestly, I think my dog had a better time than I did all weekend! He constantly updated me with pictures, texted me to let me know that my next winery appointment was coming soon, brought cold water, etc. Card is also accepted for an additional fee, which was great because I needed receipts for work. I ended up just doing pickup and drop off in Napa rather than in SF but great to know that it's a real option compared to the other company I had in mind. My dog got to visit the wine caves at Beringer, which something I ran out of time to do!

I reviewed OnTime Transportation back in 2022 when I was a first time customer. At that time, the…read moreservice was so good that I gave them five stars. So I'm back to re-review! I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. Knowing that this is a locally owned business just adds to its excellence. Thanks, Roger!

They should be named Flat Tire Transportation…read more Signed these guys up for transportation from Brentwood to SFO. Leaving in June, getting back in July. I've used them before with no problem. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. But instead, I get a call from Roger and SURPRISE, their vehicle had a FLAT TIRE and they cannot pick us up and we are on our own to find a ride home at midnight. Thanks!! Just wondering, what are the odds that BOTH TIMES they got a FLAT TIRE?? Pffttt!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

He picked a great lunch spot, booked all the reservations for our wineries, and made sure we all had a great time! It was easy and relaxing. All you pretty much had to do was just drink your wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. [Friendly tip: He's an amazing photographer.
