We rented the scooters and put the deposit on a capital one card, but the guy insisted we pay in cash. We payed in cash for a day rental, and we returned the scooters 2 hours early. No drama or issues or damage. The place was busy, but I let the guy know we're were back and I asked about a receipt, and he said it would be a bit, but we were good. It was a hot, long day and we just wanted to leave. Big mistake our my part. We left and thought all was good. About a month later there was a $600 dollar charge on the capital one card. My wife called and we found put it was from hot scooter rentals. The guy claimed we broke the contract because we made a reservation, and never showed up to rent the mopeds. We fought capital one for months, but lost because we don't have a receipt It's completely our fault for not getting a receipt, but screw the owner for ripping us off. Now we have to pay $600 for not renting mopeds that we rented and had a good time on. The owner is a thief and scammer. Plus the mopeds were decades old and falling apart.

I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! Even if it had not been damaged the item would not have worked, despite the website leading me to believe it was okay for the Go-Go. This escalated because of your customer service making things complicated. Interestingly, of course I have a computer. What I said was that I use a landline and do not the technical ability to photograph and send images. You have distorted this fact. I can take a regular camera and mail through the Post Office pictures to people, have never been able to send photos through a computer.
