Do not rent from this place! They will rip you off. They will charge you a $250 deposit and will tell you it will fall off but the fact of the matter is, it will not! And they hope you don't notice. I had a great experience renting a scooter from them. Very nice people and takes good care of you and amazing customer service. My first visit to Miami and I wanted to ride the scooter around and I got one from scooter style and rented one for 24hrs but unfortunately it's very hard to find parking around south beach so I was only able to ride for 5 hours (a shame since I paid for the day). I took it back and told the guy I was only able to ride 5 hours because i couldn't park it over night so he said I can't give you a refund or discount but come by tomorrow at 10am and I'll let you ride it until 730. Amazing experience! There are a bunch of scooter rental shops but not all are the same so when we had such a positive experience here, we had to give a 5 star review! We rented Vespas that were in excellent condition and the owners were really patient in explaining and helping us get started. We had the rental for a full day and the owner was really sweet about making sure we chose the vehicles that were right for us. He seemed genuinely interested in us being safe and having fun over up selling us. Prices were reasonable and the process was super simple. Returning the Vespa was super easy too and it felt like we made a new friend! Would never go anywhere else to rent on our next trips! read more

This place has been the worst part of Miami trip what so ever...I rented a scooter from this guy for one day one day....btw the way it was an older scooter at least made in 1995 and the lights didn't work ...it was a total of about $253 $200 for the deposit $53 for the daily rental....this man was not only late arriving for my scheduled time of pick up and drop off he kept my $200 deposit. When I disputed with my bank he told them I didn't turn the scooter inside. Now if anyone knows this location and even the google photos agree the scooters are parked outside. He has a booth and he runs his business off his cellphone. I gave you the keys back but he's saying I left the scooter unattended after I waited for almost 30 minutes of waiting for you to arrive. It makes no sense....Do not rent from this guy he will sexually flirt with you, give you an old scooter, steal your deposit, then act like he doesn't speak English when you try and resolve the issue....FAIR WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. read more
