It also sells new and used scooters and motorbikes and does repairs, while the other one does not. But more choice in scooters is just ilusory. When we asked if we can choose our scooter, the staff responded that they would choose one for us, and they gave us the worst one. So there is no choice at all. The person working there is quite arogant and when we asked a few questions he started raising his voice.

My first visit to Miami and I wanted to ride the scooter around and I got one from scooter style and rented one for 24hrs but unfortunately it's very hard to find parking around south beach so I was only able to ride for 5 hours (a shame since I paid for the day). I took it back and told the guy I was only able to ride 5 hours because i couldn't park it over night so he said I can't give you a refund or discount but come by tomorrow at 10am and I'll let you ride it until 730. Since I do not have a car, it was preferable to have the scooter delivered to my hotel (something the business prides itself on). When I called the store, the employee that answered the phone told me that because of traffic, they couldn't deliver any scooters on that day. Didn't ask me where it was getting dropped off, just a straight no. I asked if they could deliver another day or time within the next few weeks that was more convenient; he proceeded to rudely tell me, over and over again, that he was with another customer and if I wanted to rent I had to pick it up myself. Hung up the phone, since I could tell they weren't willing to offer any real solutions. I'm sure the scooters here are fine, but delivery isn't guaranteed. Looks like I'll be picking up a rental car from Enterprise instead.

Loved his enthusiasm and sarcasm. Kept everyone very upbeat. This jet boat is like a big jet ski! We went fast, some turns and you will get went (with salt water). I did witness 2 smaller children who didn't enjoy getting splashed... so parent sit the kids in the middle. They took us past star island and gave us some history on some of the homes but the fascinating parts. We then did the banana boat ride where we were pulle by a jet ski. This was so much fun... you will fall off multiple times but the views of the Miami sky line are breath taking. Definitely something you can do in 2 hours, have lunch and walk the area. Oh and walk through the Hilton. I was late trying to find short cuts. Walk through the HILTON! Great experience and great bonding/date activity for kids, teens, and spouses. #thankmelater

My friends and I all purchased our tickets through Groupon for the jet boat and made our reservation within the same day without a problem. Our Uber driver had a slight issue with dropping us off, since he did not understand what we meant when we asked to be dropped off behind the Marriott hotel which made me think that we would miss the boat ride but surprisingly we arrived just in time. Check in was easy and it wasn't long before we'd arrived that it was actually time to get on the boat. Just a fair warning you do get very wet and the boat ride is pretty fast but your instructor will give you a cue when to hold on tight and when it is safe to have your phones out to take pictures and or record. I want to thank the staff at Jet Boat Miami for making our first experience riding a boat exciting and extremely fun.The guys at the dock were so friendly and sweet to us and I also enjoyed our water leader singing happy birthday to me and dancing for us!
