On a work trip in Miami and looking for a scooter to get around the city. Scooters2U seemed promising and had reasonable prices on rentals extending several weeks. Since I do not have a car, it was preferable to have the scooter delivered to my hotel (something the business prides itself on). When I called the store, the employee that answered the phone told me that because of traffic, they couldn't deliver any scooters on that day. Didn't ask me where it was getting dropped off, just a straight no. I asked if they could deliver another day or time within the next few weeks that was more convenient; he proceeded to rudely tell me, over and over again, that he was with another customer and if I wanted to rent I had to pick it up myself. Hung up the phone, since I could tell they weren't willing to offer any real solutions. I'm sure the scooters here are fine, but delivery isn't guaranteed. Looks like I'll be picking up a rental car from Enterprise instead. read more

Be careful, these people are thieves and in bad faith. I came to rent a scooter, before filling out the application, I asked to see the scooter he was going to leave me, he showed me a very beautiful scooter and quite big knowing that I measure 1.93 metres. He made me pay and brought me a ruined and dirty scooter and when I got on it it didn't move forward. Store to avoid, do not approach them. I'll show you a picture of the scooter. When I refused to take the scooter, he told me that I was going to be reimbursed, and today he tells me we don't refund you. read more

Scooters2U - Une merde - Scooter Rentals Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

They're the best! I got burned by a scooter spot in south beach with shotty scooters that would fail mid rental. Scooters 2 U is the way.

This business is a scam, they are a joke. I DO NOT Recommend. They didn't even check my license to verify that it was me who rented the scooter, they provided no paperwork, asked for no signature or to review previous damage. That should have been my clue. I even had a mechanic look at the scooter after It started leaking gas and the issue with the scooter was not because of a crash. (See photo of the leak). Which is what the company said had happened. I never crashed the scooter. This company hides behind the web. They will take your money for the days you want and if you have any problems they will blame you & charge your account. When I needed help they took two hours to arrive and as I stepped away for 5 minutes they came, wouldn't wait, made an assessment and took the scooter. Immediately they charged my credit card for crashing the scooter. Believe me, everyone would know if I had crashed. Scooters to you, take responsibility and be accountable. You are cheating, scheming and an unsafe company. read more

Scooters2U - Scooter Rentals Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Okay experience. Scooter was late and communication not the best but it was still super fun and glad we ended up getting to ride around

What a great service. This could not have been easier, set it up on the website, the guys give you a call to confirm the logistics, and that's it. You can't flag multiple helmets on the website, but they bring extras with them just in case. We had a great day, really went all over from South Beach, to Wynwood walls, to Calle Ocho and back. It's just the best way to get around. We ended our day meeting friends in another location and the guys just met us there to do the pick up. For the price and the great service, you just cannot beat this, we will absolutely do this every time we come back read more

Fast and easy - highly recommended. I called up, met the guy and had my scooter 20 mins later. It goes about 40mph - good fun for zipping up and down the coast. Definitely not for the freeway. Still very fun. Bring some sunglasses as these are required by law. read more

Renting was quick and easy. I called and booked online, 30 min later we had a scooter delivered. It was a pretty nice/new model, also we got free helmets and full tank of gas (no need to refuel). For pickup we called 30 minutes ahead and the owner met us with a truck to pick it up. Overall great attentive service and prices very competitive! Would book again in a heartbeat read more

Bravo these guys know how to service their customers. On time service excellent condition of the scooters. Prices were fair I am sorry we only found out about them the last day of the trip. Please check these guys out you won't regret it. I will definitely make them part of my travel plans when I'm back in Miami. read more

What a first class business! First, their website is very simple and effective! Also, their customer service is second to none. I spoke with Julio who was very polite and courteous. He told me when he would deliver my scooter, and he arrived and had my scooter ready for me exactly when he said he would. The scooter was brand new, and although I have raced motorcycles for numerous years, he still walked me through starting procedures and where to park etc etc. I was very pleased with their equipment. The scooter ran perfect and I had nothing but fun zooming around South Beach with my girlfriend. I knew if I had any issues they would take good care of me. We had so much fun I called And asked for a second day to which they replied "no problem". After 2 days they came and picked it up exactly when the said they would. No hassle. No fuss. Very little paper work. You can't go wrong with this company!! Thank you!!! read more

Last year during our Miami Beach vacation we did not have time to rent scooters, so with our trip this year (and celebrating my fiancé's birthday) I booked scooters with Scooters2U back in June. I booked them for my fiancé's birthday (8/11) and was so excited to surprise him with a day on our scooters. My best friend and her husband booked scooters here too. We got confirmation emails and were charged. A week or so before our trip, I called and emailed Scooters2U to confirm our rentals. No response via phone or email. I emailed again the week of and called and left two messages. My best friend called and emailed too, still no response. When we got the hotel Thursday, I spoke to the concierge and they said they would try calling the company. I asked if they could call around and see if there was another scooter rental company, but they did and confirmed they were all sold out. Of course :( Friday morning we woke up thinking that maybe it was the way the Scooters2U functions and that our scooters would be dropped off as confirmed. 11am passed and there was nothing. Such a HUGE disappointment. Really put a damper at the start of our day and I was really really upset because it was my fiancé's birthday and we had no scooters. We booked, paid and confirmed. We ended up going to the beach and my best friend got a voicemail from the company sometime in the afternoon. They said their scooters had been damaged in the flood from last weekend. I am sorry that happened, but no one called her or me. They said they did call all the people that had reservations, but I doubt that because neither of us got a call. I understand s**t happens and I am sorry for what happened to your scooters, but we should have received a call or email OR even better a response to our many emails and voicemails. I would not recommend using this company because if something was to happen again you might not be informed and your plans could be ruined too. I am still waiting for confirmation that I got a refund. Emailed them yesterday and still no response. I guess we will wait until next year to get our Miami scooter experience. read more

We did a 'staycation' when the kids went to camp and heard about this cool new company from friends who tried it, and it was awesome. We had no experience driving scooters but the guy who delivered them (seriously, scooter delivery!) was really patient about explaining how to safely operate and have a great time, and we were off and running with the quickness. Excellent pricing, great idea for an afternoon of urban exploring, we'd definitely rent these again. read more

I called and then booked online after reading so many great reviews! At $50 a day for 3 days...it's the best deal in sobe. They deliver and pick up! Wonderful service and the scooter never runs out of gas!! read more

Eric treated us like rock stars with the delivery/pick up ... I highly recommend renting scooters while visiting Miami it made our trip to Art Basel amazing ... we literally went right through the traffic and parked at the front door everywhere we went ... We loved this place my boyfriend and I came here to this location and didn't realize it was a delivery service. Either way the owner helped us out and even gave him his own scooter. He helped us personally get familiar with the scooter and after signing simple forms we were on our way. Simple place and we loved it! Didn't have to charge for pick up or drop off and fill up the gas either. Would highly recommend and we are doing it again tomorrow! Love this place! Come here you won't regret it! Good price and clean scooters! Friendly staff! read more

Not our first rodeo doing scooter rental in Miami. By far Scooters 2 U is hands down the best one I have used. Dealt with Julio and he was great. They will bring the scooters to you literally. All the scooters were in great condition and ran perfectly fine. He was very professional and easy to talk to you. No BS run around or anything! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who's out in Miami Beach looking to rent scooters! Hassle Free and great prices! read more

Great scooters Eric was really helpful he gave us a scooter in perfect condition so much fun to ride these things in Miami beach

Would like to notice that it was pretty fast and easy to rent scooter. They also don't take extra money for gas.

I've never rented a scooter before and have always wanted to so for my last day in Miami I call these people they had me a scooter at my doorstep and 30 minutes full of gas for 50 bucks all day if you don't use this company you're making horrible life choices! read more

I bought a living social deal for a scooter rental at scooters2u. I read the fine print closely, there are no blackout dates. When I called to make a reservation for Sunday on memorial weekend, I was told by the owner that "I can not honor this coupon until Tuesday, this is the busiest day of the year." He then told me that he is all sold out of scooters and that I could rent a low-rider for 3x the cost. I said that was unfair and asked if he had any ideas or recommendations to help me get a scooter. He hung up on me. I jumped on Yelp and read some other reviews to see if I was alone. I'm not. There's a history of miscommunication with this guy, and in my opinion it's because he is a bad listener. So, minutes later my girlfriend booked with South Beach Vespa rental on Collins Ave (while I ate leftover Cuban food to quell my hanger) and we are now happy customers of his competition. :) read more

Scooters have delivered to my hotel promptly. There were no hidden fees. I received helmets locks and a full tank of gas!

Very easy to get a reservation and Eric made the process smooth. Scooter worked well and was a nice addition to our trip.

Great experience with Scooters 2 U! Even though Art Basel is going on and things are crazy, Eric was incredibly responsive and great to deal with. This is definitely the best way to get around Miami! read more

Excellent service. Eric was very helpful in showing usall the details of the scooter, which was a breeze to drive. Much easier than renting a car and definitely easier getting through Miami beach traffic. This was a great low-cost way to see Miami Beach, will definitely rent again! read more

I looked up scooter rentals as soon as I landed in Miami. Came across these guys and I'm really glad I did! Within 30 minutes of being in town I was on a scooter riding around. Best way to see dt Miami, had a blast, they deliver and pick em where you are. Wish they could go a bit faster my scooter maxed out at 30mph and I def had to stay in the slow lane and on calmer streets, but it was really nice to travel around town in a scooter, very refreshing when it rained on us and the hot air dried our clothes. The staff is really nice too. Just wished I could go a little faster. read more

After researching a couple of places to rent a scooter while in Miami I decided on Scooters to you because of there scooter delivery service. Happy I did, I ordered online and within less that's an hour Julio, had it delivered directly to me. Great rates, relatively new scooter. Drove all over Miami plenty of motorcycle and scooter parkings, loved the ease of transaction, accommodation and overall riding experience. Great mileage, no problems with gas, almost none was used for the day. When our agreed upon time was up left it chained at the residence, key inside and they picked it up. Thank you! read more

There really are not enough words to say how great Scooters 2 U is! I ordered a double scooter for the day- they were right on time, called about 5 mins before so we could be downstairs. The drop off was very quick and easy. We spent the day driving all around South Beach. The pick up was painless- we didn't even need to be there :) We had such a great day we were thinking of doing it for another day while we are here!! read more

It will take me longer to write this review then it took to book a scooter. It was super easy and quick. I needed a scooter for a few days - I checked online and decided to take a chance. When they delivered - it was a new scooter all gassed up (and helmet). I was super happy about that. They guy spent some time going over the scooter (start/stop, horn, turn signals, kickstand .....) Although I knew most of this - it was a nice touch. I had to extend an extra day - spoke to Eric - nice guy, easy going and very helpful. Overall - Easy everything, great pricing, great quality - would definitely (and will be) renting again in the future read more

Be very careful when renting from this place to inspect your scooter BEFORE riding they will find any reason to keep your deposit. I rented 5 scooters from them and the same day I had to call and return one because it was barely moving and making a loud sound (the guy said it need a belt) well the next day another scooter would not move the guy accused us of being in a accident with the scooter met us (took him 20 mins to get to me making me miss my boat ride telling me he kept getting lost) I'm visiting the area and you work for the company that deliver hence the name scooters2u. After meeting him he told me he has to take the scooter to his mechanic well here is the worst part he told me the scooter need a brake master cylinder and he mysteriously it cost the exact price of my deposit. Be very careful the own did his own review on my son phone in exchange for a discount price sooo be very careful when going off the reviews for this company. read more
