I can't say enough about how amazing Pros Plumbing is and Dan!!! We had a slight emergency as we…read morefound out that our basement flooded with the insane amount of rain we had been getting and it ended up putting out the water heater pilot light. We discovered this at 10:00pm on a Tuesday night so I looked up some local plumbing company and they came out within 30 mins. I would have called in the morning but I at that point we were unsure if the water heater had flooded or if it was rain water flooding that caused the light to go out. In addition I had a flight at 6:00am the next morning and there was no way I was taking a cold shower at 4:00am. Needless to say it was an emergency situation. Dan and his assistant showed up within 30 mins and helped locate the problem and worked hard to get the water heater all dried out and the pilot light lit in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very detailed in his explanation of what was wrong, any problems we should look out for, and explained it might take about 30+ mins for the hot water to fully return. Dan was not only knowledgeable with the water heater but a very honest, detail oriented, and personable professional! We will definitely be using Pros Plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs.

I wanted someone to look at a leaky toilet and possible floor/ceiling damage at a rental property,…read moreand my usual handyman was not available. The nice thing about these guys was that I was able to get a response right away and also a time estimate of when they could show up. Although I called them on a particularly busy day, they were still willing to come out and check the damage no matter how late it was and they kept me updated on the time because the previous jobs were taking longer than expected. I probably called about 4 other plumbers/handy-people to no avail or extremely delayed responses, so these guys were it. Talked to both Dan and Michael, and they were both extremely friendly and accommodating. Dan gave me an estimate of the damage, and also was very willing to work with our usual handyman in order to make the job cheaper. Though we haven't decided what to do yet, these guys get 4 stars for service, response, and friendliness.

They stopped by and diagnosed the issue, made some knowledgeable recommendations, and generally calmed me down. They said they could come the next afternoon and replace my water heater for $1400. It turned out I found a lower quote from a friend of a friend who could come much earlier, so I called and offered to pay 911 Plumbing for the time they took to visit the evening before. Get this: They wouldn't take my money. Good men. Of course, this review is probably worth more than the money they would have charged, anyhow. If you have a problem with your plumbing, I'd trust these guys to fix it and not rip you off.

I got very tired of calling Roto Rooter and paying hundreds of dollars to clear our line. Sean was able to prescribe solutions to fixing the breach of the line, 15 feet deep. He exudes confidence, as does his crew. It was done at a fair price, with the job scheduled at our convenience. The sewer line was replaced while we were out of town, so helpful, as we would not have had access to our bathrooms. There was a massive amount of rocks and dirt removed from the 15 foot deep trench, yet when I returned from my trip, there was no obvious sign of the huge work effort by Bay Area Trenchless. What I did find was that the crew had enhanced our cactus rock garden with large boulders that were excavated from the trenches dug. This was above and beyond anything I expected.

I can't speak to this because I didn't hire Keefe to drive, nor have I see him drive. But I witnessed the quality of his work and my interactions with him during this process, and he was fantastic in all aspects. I hired Keefe to install a gas line in my fireplace. Actually he had to move an existing line for a log starter that was in the wrong place for a gas insert. Not only is the externally visible piping less conspicuous than the original pipe he replaced, but he did a surprisingly good job patching the hole for the old pipe. He went out of his way to avoid making a mess inside my house and did a great job cleaning up. While it seems unlikely I'll need another gas line plumber anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire him again. 5 stars!

It's one of those black plastic corrugated pipes that goes into the ground. ICR not only was willing to come out and give it a try, he came the very same day I called (actually, 45 min later). The other plumbers wouldn't touch it because snakes can actually go through this kind of corrugated pipe and cause damage. In my case there were two possible outcomes: 1). They clear the clog enough to get drainage back 2). The damage the corrugated pipe which I would then have to dig up and replace at a huge cost. I said "give it a whirl, and it it works great...if not, I need to do the thing I feared...dig up and replace". I mean, if I can't find someone to do #1 then it's #2 so why not try it? Result: drain cleared, now my office will not be in danger of flooding the next time it rains like it did on New Year's Day. Keeping this man's card!!
