Backstory: 2 months ago I went through our home appliance insurance American Home Shield to have our broken water heater replaced only to be stalled, not given correct info, blaming their contractor for their delay. I'll be cancelling American Home Shield at the end of the month. Jorge made immediate contact and within days my tankless water heater was replaced. I would rather go through a reliable, affordable, prompt, reputable service like Maverick Plumbing for future needs.
