When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."

Instead of trying to soothe, offer kindness or give a treat, you turned BOTH of my dogs away from their lodging reservation. If they were ill, would your staffers still behave with such abrupt rudeness?! Ever since your vet clinic was bought out, your prices have increased and your staff have become increasing awful! I will never recommend your establishment to anyone and will make certain to blast your company on every social media site.

He is now 14yrs old and they take him to grandma's house for boarding as she will take small senior dogs. He seems to do great each time and keeps a peace of mind for us when traveling. The great thing is on the boarding they allow your dog to play during the day in the play group with other dogs. They post pictures daily, which is great to see. No extra fees for the playtime. With as many pet owners in the area we have been fortunate to get our dog into the boarding as needed. I would suggest booking in advance to secure your spot especially during school holiday time.

Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

Since day 1, Grace has demonstrated genuine interest in getting to know my dog, and making sure she is getting exercised, socialized, and a fair share of mental stimulation. As Kana is my first rescue, Grace has been especially helpful to coordinate with on special training and figuring a good balance between meals and treats. I kind of like to think we "all got to know each other" at the same time, and Kana couldn't be happier getting picked up in the morning, and coming home to us in the afternoon. On top of the personal connection, I have to say that Lucky Dog is reliable and gives me a lot of piece of mind as a full time worker. I know well in advance of holidays, have very reasonable policies, and they really stand out by addressing most of my questions in the same day. Lastly, the Lucky Dog Instagram account keeps me connected with my dog throughout the day. Maybe to sum it up: the last time I moved I based my entire search on being able to stay within Lucky Dog's service range - the quality of life it provides to both my dog and myself is just too good to let go of!

He's a unique dog, and for a while we weren't sure we would ever find someone who could effectively and safely handle him, but Grace was able to not only speak his language - but also safely integrate him into walks with other dogs and help muzzle train him. She quickly became his favorite person and was one of the only people he trusted. Grace went beyond the walks and basic training and would sometimes ask if she could take him overnight to get him used to being around different dogs (hers) and people. He always loves these sleepover and has learned to better read other dogs and communicate as a result. Our boy has come a long way, and we owe so much of that to Grace and Lucky Dog!
