The pedicure was great, no complaints at all, but the manicure was not that good. First, the polish application was too thick (I think it was at least three layers of nail polish ), so it started lifting and peeling really quickly. Not a huge fan of that. Second, I was not very pleased with the cuticle removal process. Quite a bit was was left behind, so that part of the service felt a little rushed. For my friend, when she was getting her pedicure they accidentally used the wrong color on one of her feet, so they had to start the process all over again since the gel had already set. To their credit, they fixed it without complaint and they were very apologetic about it. For her manicure, she wanted acrylics, and it seemed like the first technician who started the set didn't really know how to do it, so she waited for another employee to be available and switched with her. Overall, the employees were all very nice, the prices are affordable and the place looks well kept. P.S. They do charge a 3% fee if paying with a credit card, but they also have a fee-free ATM inside. Also, they get very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment rather than walking in.

We were charged full price. When I called the following Monday to ask why we didn't receive the advertised discount, I was told it was only for new customers. I pointed out that the sign does not say that. My concern was never really about the money--it was about advertising one thing and then telling customers something completely different. That evening, the owner texted me and apologized, offering me a discount on my next visit, but again said the Sunday discount was only for new customers. I explained that I wasn't looking for a discount or special treatment. I simply felt the sign should accurately state the terms so customers aren't misled. The owner then said she was sorry and she would take the sign down. I waited two weeks, but the sign was still there. When I followed up, her response was that she had "no time." That was the part that really disappointed me. Everyone makes mistakes, and I would have been perfectly understanding if the sign had simply been corrected once the issue was brought to her attention. Instead, I felt the situation was dismissed. For me, this isn't about 10%. It's about honesty, transparency, and doing what you say you're going to do. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning the integrity of the business.
