Everything about this spot I was skeptical about but they exceeded my expectations and did a fabulous job. My toes look amazing. Service was very professional. Vibe was chill. I was 1 of 2 people in the salon. Sally did amazing. I will be back again!! Hopefully they can fix my nails that another salon did and royal butchered!
I've been going to Tye at 7 nail spa for a couple years now, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my nails! He is absolutely amazing at what he does always precise, attentive, and so creative with designs. always offers the best advice when I'm undecided about my next nail look. Not only does he provide excellent service, but he makes every visit enjoyable with his warm, friendly personality. I always leave feeling pampered and confident with my nails looking perfect. If you're looking for a nail tech who is skilled, reliable, and truly cares about his clients, Tye is your person! I highly recommend him!
I asked for regular polish mani and pedi. Looks like my 2 yr did it. I had to ask them to cut my nails and cut the cuticles. So annoying, I will never come here again.
When I called the shop to ask them for a full set and pedi I made sure to request their best nail shaper because it's been too many times that I've gone to these places and they rush through the job without shaping the nail beautifully to look natural. Most of the time it's lumpy and shaped ugly. Well this place was no exception to that. My pedicure went fine, however when the guy Tom started to do my nails he was a bit cocky and told me that "I came to the right place" when I showed him multiple photos of what I wanted. So I felt better thinking "ok this guy knows how to shape nails the right way" Especially when he couldn't get the simply milky white color right either, and his response was "don't worry, this is my job" Needless to say, and $110 later, I was wrong. How you end up with short, ultra pointy, fat at the cuticle, chubby vampire nails after seeing a simple photo of medium length oval/almond shaped/rounded nails is beyond me. Tom, I suggest you take a course on filing and shaping of different styles and understand the difference between stiletto and almond. It's not a difficult concept. I wish I would have said something at the time, but I was short on time and just already very frustrated at the end of it all and it reminded me of why "when you want something done right, you're better off just doing it yourself." What a waste of money.
I'm one that will usually see something about my nails that needs fixing, but Lisa is quite the perfectionist, she doesn't disappoint. I'm a hairstylist, so my hands are always in water, and with her my fills last 3 weeks. All the nail techs there greet you with such warmth, and will always manage to work around your time schedule.
This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I went in for a full set and I was hesitant at first since it was my first time and I rarely get acrylics, which I prefer to be short and oval. I went in wanting a more natural look with a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out exactly like the picture! The nail tech recommended a dip powder which matched the exact natural look and color I was going for. They were perfect plus they were very efficient and the prices are very affordable! I went back for a second set and I was just as impressed with Tom's work. Highly recommend.

For me the location is crazy convenient as it is walking distance from my house, but the parking lot can be tricky as it is compact overall. Don't be fooled by the sleazy strip mall exterior, they've done a nice job to church it up inside with fresh, beautiful plants and flowers. The artwork is appropriate to the salon and the muzak is entertaining as background noise. The salon is clean, all tools are sterilized between services and before they begin you see each package opened fresh. A wall of color to choose from which is always nice for all services. I've only had a couple pedicures here, but I'm happy with both experiences. I got a basic the first time and went fancy the last time because a basic pedi is $20. WHAT?! A fancy polish job was $30, but my toes are pretty bedazzled right now. I called last week for reservations for a few of us and they were very accommodating to squeeze us all in, which was great as there are only so many available seats (I think about 6 chairs for pedicures). A basic manicure is $10. This place does what they do well and doesn't overcharge, Winning!
I've been a repeat customer of 7 Nail Salon since their opening in 2013. They're always welcoming and offer many amenities, like shoulder massages and drinks, to make you feel at home. I always walked-in and never have to wait long. I moved 40 minutes away and still commute to come here for the quality service. I highly recommend you give them a try! Say hi to Sally!
A friend of mine brought me to 7 Nails for my first time. I knew from then on this would be my place! Service is above and beyond! They even offered me a mimosa while I was getting my nails done! The service is good, clean and friendly atmosphere. However, I went in for a cat eye gel manicure and was charged $50. This would've been a great price but, she didn't use the magnet to get that nice cat eye effect and I'm just feeling really bummed I spent that money and have to wait until payday to get these taken off. She wouldn't let me take the time to look at my nails either and ended up doing this really weird design I did not ask for that made it look slightly sloppy. I tipped her well and said they looked great and left. read more

I love their pedicures. There are no liners for the tubs. Which is a downfall, but they give the best pedicures. On another note... I took my sister to get a manicure for her wedding and they did an outstanding job. Her nails looked amazing!! read more

This place was one of the only places open during the kincade fire and I NEEDED my nails filled before they broke off! I wasn't prepared for how amazing they did my nails! Absolutely beautiful! I've been coming back since. read more

All the workers there were so sweet. It was me and my daughter's first time getting a spa pedicure together and she got a sweet Princess spa chair just for her. Our manis and pedis were done beautifully and I plan to definitely come back here! read more

I have been going to 7 nails forever and I love everyone. I recently have been having Mia do my nails and she is amazing. He does all my design requests and is so professional. He nails last and I just have a blast every time I go in. I think my Halloween nails are my favorite so far! Thanks ladies for always papering me read more

B. Y. O. P. (Bring Your Own Polish!) In all the years I've frequented nail salons, I've never seen this before: Their OPI polish bottles appear to be refilled with another cheap brand polish. For example, OPI's "Sweet Heart" is a soft pink (I know because I own this color). The polish color here is tangerine orange! OPI's "Keeping Suzi at Bay" and "Yoga-ta Get This Blue" is another couple of bright orange colors....these colors are actually a dark blue! I mean, this is an obvious bait & switch. I didn't realize this happened until I had to return after the polish smudged off about 30 min later for a fix. I know it was off as OPI is never that sticky/tacky for so long...it sets in a normal time of 10-15 min in the salon. That said, the staff is really nice and I like how they can accommodate walk-in appts but bring your own polish if you want to be sure of the brand/color! read more

Recommended by my sister, I tried 7 Nail Spa and am now a HUGE fan. I'm so happy with my nails and my Deluxe Pedicure. I went in on a Sunday and got married the following Wednesday, my nails were a dream come true for my wedding. I showed Lily a picture from the internet and asked for some adjustments, she's a true artist. Everyone was extremely friendly and dedicated. Lilly offered to fix them if needed. I got acrylic nails, with blue sparkly French tip gel with 3D flowers and rhinestones. They are beautiful. I can't stop admiring them. They even redid my toes because I accidentally smudged one while eating lunch. read more

Came here today fora full set with pink powder only. 1. Overcharged me... $45 for a full set pink powder? So I asked what's for $25 his response, "clear only". So basically they're charging me $20 more for pink acrylic instead of clear? Yes. The owner was nice but tried to give me some bs about how pink is stronger lol. 2. Did not clean up my nails well, left acrylic under my nails as well... Cuticles are dry and didn't put oil or anything on after. He said he charges extra to do your cuticles. 3. Nails are not all straight, will have to clean them up when I get home. Will not be coming back, I got my set done by the male who was looking at his phone the whole time....ugh. If I were going to spend 40+ for plain pink acrylic I would have gone to a cleaner, nicer spa. read more

This will be my first yelp review, even though I have used yelp the last 5 years! I want to first say I travel all over US and Canada for work and use yelp on a every day basis when out of town to find food, parks, things to do and get my nails done! I always get a gel/Select Mani and Pedi in each city because I am there about 3 weeks, sometimes twice in the city I am working! The only reason they got a 1star was because their was nothing lower! Do not go to this place!!!! Now on with my story! I called 7 nail places before getting to this store because all nail places around Santa Rosa closed at 7pm and I had just arrived from Chico CA, a long 3 hour drive! And needed my nails done because I had a meeting that evening! All 7 stores kindly said no or said they were book and it was 5:45pm and I totally understood! But, this place said sure come on in, I arrived at 5:57pm and waited till 6:05pm I didn't mind waiting, anything to get my nails done! As I sat down I saw a lady with a tinny little shirt belly out, showing off her belly ring, not looking tacky or anything, rolling her eyes as I sat down not knowing she was to be one of the ladies doing my nails! She starts to take off my gel nail polish but with a nail machine (like the one that you use to take off fake nails) & grinds the polish down to my nail!! Along with the lady that started to do my feet! I kindly ask please no drills just the gel remover and the pick! They say because im "late" it's fast and the other way takes to long! I said "sorry but It hurts!" The the lady doing my toes starts to pick off the nail polish with her hands, not using any instruments! Agin I ask kindly to use the remover and the pick! They both finally use it and it comes of in 4 mins!!! Now when I was getting my feet done all of the ladies start talking in a different language and start laughing making me totally uncomfortable! The lady doing my feet switches to another lady and that lady trims my nails and washes my feet! Then They switch back! I notice the lady uses a hot towel, & messages for about 1mins, the same as everywhere but then she skips my foot stub the one reason I get my feet done not even a brush of the bottom of my feet! Then my finger nail lady says we close at 7pm mind you they been done everything so fast it's now 6:40pm! What they have to stay 15mins laterbecause of me when I had to called and kept apologizing for being so late dude to work!!!! To top it off the lady doing my nails does a Crappy job with polish it's now 7:02pm and she says "all done" I look down and say oh u forgot the lotion/message and she takes the lotion pumps 7 pumps of some greasy lotion on my hand and says "their!" I was shocked! Never have I ever been so disrespected but any nail salon in my life, even when I was 14 and getting my nails done! To the Lady doing my feet! I totally understand if you were sleepy but could a small smile hurt you I tipped you $3 and you say only $3 so I gave you a dollar more to make it $4 for you having to question your tip even though you did nothing! Another lady did half of the work for you!!!! I almost gave you $2 you work lucky this time! But you lost out!!! If you had done everything correct and took an extra 15 more mins out of your day you would have got a $20 tip like every other person that does my feet! To the lady that did my nails and spoke to me very rude! I even heard one of your other ladies tell you in English dont be rude! You got a $4 tip to fix your attitude! You lost out on a $25 tip because of the two different colors! Hope it was worth finishing at 7:12pm! All I can say is I work 13-14 hour days 6 days a week the only time I have is to eat and enjoy a foot message and it sucks to have paid for the worst Mani and Pedi I have ever had! I have always been respectful to people and tried to do right by these ladies by calling first and being apologetic for my late arrival! Do unto others as you would do yourself! read more
I think the work done, both for me and my daughter, was good. Everything looked clean. Seemed like a few regulars were there and I could tell the interactions were positive. The salon was busy for New Year's so maybe that's why NO words were spoken between either of our manicurists and us. Bummer as this was my first and only impression and I like friendly manicurists so it's not a place I'll quickly return. read more
