He got my cuticles but the nails were cut pretty straight (I asked for round) and it looks like there is still some dirt on the sides of my big toe nails. The owner (I think) was very nice and did my nails. She did a great job - they are short and round as requested, no hang nails and clean cuticles. Price was $60 plus tip. Very reasonable. The salon itself is a little on the older side, yet still clean and appeared hygienic.
