Both times, he was caring, gentle, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He treated the problem areas and also recommended some helpful stretches to loosen up my muscles and address the underlying stiffness. I especially appreciated that he didn't just treat the discomfort and send me on my way. He took the time to educate me on what might be contributing to it and what I could do at home to help. I sat at the chair waiting for my friend to be finished. The masseuse stood by waiting for his tip. So, I went to pay and gave him a $15 tip. He actually yelled out "$15!!"
