I chose option b because I'm frankly strapped for time. I put in a quote on Yelp and several businesses answered. I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. I was happy with the service, and if I'm strapped for time, I'd hire them again. The house was left clean and I thought the price was reasonable.

Katie and Kristina used text messaging to communicate with me since I can rarely answer my phone during the work day. When the cleaners are here, they're always extremely polite and even operate based on my schedule (running the vacuum when I'm not on a call, jumping into my office to clean between my work, etc). They always ask me as soon as they arrive if there's something particular they should focus on or an area that needs special attention, and then walk me through each room at the end to ensure nothing was missed. Overall, the service has been invaluable. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings.
