Had an amazing experience with Xtreme HID getting my BMW steering wheel swapped. The installation…read morewas done perfectly and carefully, especially considering my steering wheel has ACC vibration and heating functions, which made the process more complicated than a normal install. BMWs are also very sensitive during this type of modification and can easily throw fault codes, but they handled everything accurately without any issues. They originally estimated about 1.5-2 hours, but the job turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated. I work Monday through Friday, so finding a shop open on Saturdays was really important for me, and they were one of the only places willing to accommodate that. What really impressed me was their dedication -- even after closing time, they actually came back to the shop to finish the installation properly instead of rushing the job. Around 10 PM they finally let me know the car was ready for pickup. That level of commitment and customer service is honestly hard to find nowadays. Huge thanks to Nico for handling the installation.
