I went in initially for some help with keeping deadlines, being more productive including getting up earlier, etc. I also wanted to keep my drinking down to 1-2 and not over consume as I was having trouble with that, drinking too much, say twice a week. Without going into the exact issue, Phillip went to the root of why I was trying to become more productive, etc. and totally fixed what I guess was a buried self esteem issue. I am totally a different person and not needing certain validation any longer that has given me more confidence and overall peace with myself that's very hard to convey. We also addressed the drinking. I now have zero desire for alcohol. it's so "weird" that the desire is completely gone. if I go to a bar, I may order a drink and realize an hour later that I literally have had only two sips. I did see some improvement in anxiety but not enough for the cost. So at the end of 4 she said she enjoyed meeting him. Well I asked for more bc I didnt see real improvement in the area that was needed, moving forward from a separation/divorce. So she honored it and gave another session. So 5 for 2500.00. Id not do it again. Not sure if just wasnt as open to being hypnotized or not ready to go so fast and move forward. But make sure you're ready to make your change or it likely won't work.
