I have seen him three times and it has literally changed my life. I went in initially for some help with keeping deadlines, being more productive including getting up earlier, etc. I also wanted to keep my drinking down to 1-2 and not over consume as I was having trouble with that, drinking too much, say twice a week. Without going into the exact issue, Phillip went to the root of why I was trying to become more productive, etc. and totally fixed what I guess was a buried self esteem issue. I am totally a different person and not needing certain validation any longer that has given me more confidence and overall peace with myself that's very hard to convey. We also addressed the drinking. I now have zero desire for alcohol. it's so "weird" that the desire is completely gone. if I go to a bar, I may order a drink and realize an hour later that I literally have had only two sips.
