I found this out because my insurance sent me something in the mail. Also the billing people at Therapy Central spelled my name wrong on two of my bills, and the insurance said it was coded incorrectly. I have called three times and have been told by different representatives someone from billing will call me back and no one has called me back but the therapist. She has no idea about the billing department. I canceled last week because nobody has called me back and this issue and now they have charged my card again today for $150. I called and someone name OSHA said someone would call me back about my bill. I don't advise anyone to deal with this company at all. Now I'm being told the owner is on vacation and will get everything correct when he gets back. I will be reporting them to every review I can so others don't get scammed like we did. This is why people don't trust therapy!

Dr. Faheem is absolutely amazing, I've been seeing her for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. I actually drive about 45 minutes to come here despite having many Psychiatrist's in my area that are much closer. I actually tried to switch to one in my area to avoid the inconvenient drive, but I quickly switched back after realizing how top notch the experience at Crescent is. Dr. Faheem is very sweet, kind, and empathetic and makes sure you receive the best possible treatment every single time. The office staff are also amazing and go above and beyond every single time! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Also, I didn't have insurance up until last month, and the pricing here is affordable even if you are uninsured. I have left here very satisfied with my experience every visit, highly recommend.

ZERO STARS. This place is a joke. Long story short, the medicine I was taking was giving me a false…read morepositive for 2 drugs I've never even done before. I paid over 400 dollars to get a lab test (yeah, because they wouldn't send it out) came back negative. The next week I still popped positive, why?!? Because I was still on the meds that my pcp confirmed gives false positives. They then brought me in the office and kicked me out due to my continued false drug test. That wasn't false, most rehabs send the urine out because it's very common to have false and when they send it out it comes back with the truth. However, greenhouse doesn't do that because they are pieces of sh**. This happen to multiple people, but I was the only one kicked out. I've been sober 10 months, and the staff had the nerve to tell me "you're not even crying tears" Um, sir... that watery stuff coming down my face are TEARS. Dumbass. I was sober and they kicked me out even after I proved through lab tests. They know I was sober too, that's what makes it even more sick. How do you work at a place to help people and kick them out for no reason. Most Everyone who works there is miserable, and so they treat us like crap. Todd especially knew I was sober because the links I went to and proved it. Evil. Also, you'll see a lot of positive reviews about Arturo because he stands over everyone while they write a review. So half the "positive" reviews are just people trying not to have issues with staff or ruffle feathers. The reality is if Arturo wasn't standing there, there would be a lot more negative reviews. This place is awful- they know I was sober and they still kicked me out. SICK mofos. Most of the staff is burned out, and the night charge nurse (male) is just plain evil. & Julie (can't really remember her name) but she has major counter transference and projects her miserable life on her clients. She works the best with male clients because she's a B and clearly dislikes female clients. Also, she brags incessantly about her son in Harvard. & everyone knows she's not sober, even two staff members said she's manic af and clearly on something. Hey sweetie you work at a rehab- WE KNOW WHEN SOMEONE ISNT SOBER BECAUSE WE LIVED IT. If Todd would get out from under her ass, he might see what everyone else does.

This center is amazing. They are able to address all of the pieces needed to get someone the help…read morethey need. You see one person as the counselor, ours had a doctorate in counseling. There are other counselors on staff as well. She is amazing. We had taken our daughter to several counselors to no avail but this one made a connection and has helped our kid tremendously. There are nurse practitioners as well who address the medication needs and adjust as needed. Daughter started on meds but soon was able to come off as the counselor and her made progress. The medication appointments are short, counseling sessions are 50 min. As often as you need. We started with 2x a week and are down to once a month. But can always get an appointment sooner if needed. This is such a huge improvement over other places. All practitioners have access to her chart so it truly is a team effort
