She explained everything well and asked questions to our mom in a gentle and compassionate manner. All the staff has been kind and friendly and placed a priority on generous care and recovery for mom. What more could we ask for? Additionally the facilities are modern and clean, and it is one patient to a room also for privacy. After extremely poor experiences in two other facilities the last two years, we would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced. Wait times have been much better than other ortho clinics I've been to. 2 weeks ago Dr Bajaj performed my hip replacement. After other treatments failed, he scheduled me for surgery quickly. His bedside manner was excellent. I'm doing PT at home which I appreciate. I was just cleared to drive provided I don't take pain meds. I'm walking better every day. I highly recommend Dr Bajaj.

The facility is very clean, and they wipe the equipment down after every use. James my physical therapy is knowledgeable, friendly and treats you as he would like to be treated. They have everything you need in case you left something at home like shorts. I needed a pair on my initial visit and there was a clean pair for my use. I did notice when the other patients come to the room, and I'm there and the other patients are women, Shelby talks to them with normal conversation a lot, but never hardly with me. I know I'm there to do therapy, but don't treat me like I'm slow and can't comprehend any conversation. I notice it a lot. But, helping with my shoulder and talk about my shoulder and concerns they were very professional. My very last day, it was during the afternoon their lunch break, Shelby locked the door and turn off the light in the waiting area, she forgot I was there . I was thinking when that happened, I was so glad that was my last day. I hope if I was ever a patient there I hope they talk to me like an adult with normal conversation, instead treating me like I was slow.
