I was diagnosed with a complete shoulder tendon tear, along with a few other minor tears in the shoulder area, on 12/19/22. Surgery has been scheduled for 1/6/23, & I was told by my doctor to pick a PT from a 2-page list of recommendations. Since 12/19 I have called Rita every 2-3 days, leaving a message each time that I wanted to schedule a new patient visit for 1/9/23. I STILL have not received a return call, and have obviously not been able to schedule an appointment. I called 3 other therapists today and each one actually answered the dang phone! Was able to book an appointment at each place. Riata, you messed up! Do you not need new patients? I am SO sick of the laziness & incompetence I see in so many businesses these days.

I found this out because my insurance sent me something in the mail. Also the billing people at Therapy Central spelled my name wrong on two of my bills, and the insurance said it was coded incorrectly. I have called three times and have been told by different representatives someone from billing will call me back and no one has called me back but the therapist. She has no idea about the billing department. I canceled last week because nobody has called me back and this issue and now they have charged my card again today for $150. I called and someone name OSHA said someone would call me back about my bill. I don't advise anyone to deal with this company at all. Now I'm being told the owner is on vacation and will get everything correct when he gets back. I will be reporting them to every review I can so others don't get scammed like we did. This is why people don't trust therapy!

He is the only chiropractor of about a half a dozen I have been to, who can adjust my jaw (TMJ) without hurting me or leaving me with a headache. I also do decompression here.
