Upon trying to get my benefits checked, I had to call them numerous times back and forth for information. Airrosti was using an "online checker" to verify my benefits and apparently it was not giving the correct information. When I would call my insurance company, they gave me a number for the Airrosti company to call to verify benefits instead of using the "online checker". The Airrosti company told me to three way call, but my insurance wasn't down with that. They gave me a direct line number for Airrosti to call. I was told by Airrosti that they would call and I would hear from them to schedule. A day went by and I heard nothing. I called the Airrosti company back and was told they left a note in my account to just do a three way, they were not going to call and verify my benefits. I tried! I tried really hard to use this doctor and to use this company, but it was too much of a hassle on my end unless you are willing to pay the $213 out right. So if you are using insurance, hopefully your experience is not nearly as frustrating as mine. If you are cash pay, I'm sure you can get right in and be seen!
