Maybe the service is wonderful BUT I am going to comment on the scheduling. You do not go through the doctor or the doctor's office, you go through a company. Upon trying to get my benefits checked, I had to call them numerous times back and forth for information. Airrosti was using an "online checker" to verify my benefits and apparently it was not giving the correct information. When I would call my insurance company, they gave me a number for the Airrosti company to call to verify benefits instead of using the "online checker". The Airrosti company told me to three way call, but my insurance wasn't down with that. They gave me a direct line number for Airrosti to call. I was told by Airrosti that they would call and I would hear from them to schedule. A day went by and I heard nothing. I called the Airrosti company back and was told they left a note in my account to just do a three way, they were not going to call and verify my benefits. I tried! I tried really hard to use this doctor and to use this company, but it was too much of a hassle on my end unless you are willing to pay the $213 out right. So if you are using insurance, hopefully your experience is not nearly as frustrating as mine. If you are cash pay, I'm sure you can get right in and be seen! read more

I am impressed with Dr. Olds and the sweet, intelligent (beyond her years), adorable Baylee.  My first visit was so easy and comfortable. I have insurance, and they were able to verify my insurance before my first visit.  I did not have any long-drawn-out paperwork. after a few "get to know" questions, Dr. Olds was ready to get busy on the stubborn stress knots I had accumulated over months of starting a new job that is stressful with lots of driving around the metroplex.          When I first came to Dr. Olds' office, I could not breathe without feeling sharp pain under my shoulder blade. I was under the impression that the visit was for an all-over deep tissue massage. Instead, I received a deep tissue massage, but only on the most crucial area(s).       There is no waiting in a lobby. So when your appointment is at 9:00 am that means, You pull up in the lot (on time), click on the link (on your cell phone), and within seconds Dr. Olds opens the door to welcome you into his office bright-eyed with a smile.         I have been to Dr. Olds' office for four visits because I am very active, with work, college, a five-year-old, and a disabled husband. I had many areas to work out, but now I have none. I am most impressed how Dr. Olds and Baylee are personable, fun but more importantly, Dr. Olds is a good listener, and Baylee teaches me how to do the exercises that I can do independently at home. (although I do not have time)         Today Dr. Olds revealed his hidden talent (I did not know he had) when he adjusted my back and neck. The adjustments were AMAZING!         I look forward to the weekly visits with these two exceptional individuals regardless of the very little sleep I get from my busy life. Dr. Olds is a great guy and helped me tremendously with a stubborn ankle injury that wouldn't heal on its own. Within just a few visits, I'm able to work out again and do what I've not been unable to do for months. I couldn't ask for anything more. Dr.Olds is a Chiropractor but not just your typical one who automatically starts cracking your neck and back. I only had one adjustment. He concentrated on releasing my muscles vs adjustments. He does not believe in keeping you coming for visits if you do not need them. He is very straightforward about what care you will recieve and if he can not help you he will refer you out. I have done pain management and shots for my neck and did not get relief after working with Dr.Olds and Bailey I did get better. Not a 100% but I will never be at 100%. My norm is 85 to 90%. Yes I still have pain but not as bad as when I first started started. Each time I worked with Bailey 30 minutes doing exercises to help my pain. She is awesome. I was a bit sad when I was released... Both of them are very professional and also make you feel like your at a friend's house. read more

Made it worse. Instead of admitting it's a deeper issue than they can fix, want you to keep coming here forever. The chiropractic is deep tissue masssage and the pt is things you normally have been doing in the gym anyway. read more

Dr. Olds worked to help my son overcome his patella tendinitis. Dr. Olds is very knowledgeable, has a good "bedside manner" and gets good results. While my son's knee pain isn't completely gone, the pain is 60-70% better, and Dr. Olds' work has allowed my son to resume his HS basketball career. Great guy - highly recommended! read more
