The place is unreal beyond words. Anyway, for what its worth I asked for his complete medical record (not that MyChart crud). It was over 400 pages of redundant medical codes, jargon and abbreviations which were impossible to decipher. No problem, I just 'drag and dropped' the PDF medical file into Google Gemini(AI) and it deciphered the whole thing. It can categorize and timestamp everything that was recorded by the staff, which also means that it catches the staff NOT recording things! You can tell AI of your concern specifically and it will whip out a very strong indictment of the hospital care within seconds. Ergo, when you check into this place you MUST assume the worst and thus keep a running record of your observations, requests and concerns along with pictures of where applicable. You must begin building your case against them from day 1. Also keep in mind that the medical oversight/accountability apparatus is fact oriented and not personal. The most unorganized office personnel that I've ever seen in my whole life. If something is not right, it's always the patient's fault. After my last appointment I'm starting to question the people that work in the back also! Too many kids and incompetent people in charge! Keep up with all your paperwork, especially any hand written notes. This took me several visits and several issues to come to the realization that it's just not gonna get any better at this place.
