The atmosphere was what I wanted. Great music with nice mix of genre's everything flowed well. The staff was exceptionally nice. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was good. This is the type of service everyone wants wherever they go. The owner talked to us as we smoked very down to earth and was a great host. Also saw him speak to other guest as they walked in. I'm not sure how much space there would have been seating wise, had there not only been 2 other people there. The lighting is low and the music was great. They offer several different flavors and the hookah was made well. They also have a bar where they specialize in coffee, teas etc. you can also BYOB place. The customer service was great. I think there BASIC hookah starts out at $37.99. I ordered a basic hookah (i.e no special upgrades and a water) and paid $42. I was given a military discount and still paid $42. This leads me to believe I would have paid mid $40-$50 for one hookah. I have been to several hookah lounges over many states and I have never paid that much for a basic hookah. No wonder there is no prices on their menu, which I found to be weird. I also checked into this place on Yelp, eager to review it but was told that my 10% off offer could not be honored. I showed him and he said it was wrong and they don't participate. I did not have a bad experience at this lounge but their prices are not reasonable.

From the Ooze battery website: "*USB Chargers must be used with Wall Plugs that are designed for USB Ports. Gaming devices, computers, and other electronics are not covered under warranty. " At the store, they tell you to only charge it using a gaming console, pc, or other non Wall Plug device USB port. Funny how they give bad advice and then refuse to replace your purchases after they break from following said advice. Bad store. Bad employees. Bad business. Avoid at all costs.
