I interacted with this firm in a very particular situation in which my mother had an account with them and passed away suddenly with an outstanding debt. I can say that of the many financial institutions I had to engage with, these people were the least tactful in communicating with me, providing me information that I requested, and being patient with my responses. Given what I was/am still dealing with in terms of paperwork for my mother's affairs this has been incredibly disappointing. Despite the fact that their website actually advertises the personal and intimate nature of their business dealings, I found the staff less helpful and FAR less sensitive than employees I interacted with at global institutions like Wells Fargo and Chase. Of the many options for bookkeeping out there, I would say there is no nead to deal with a business that engages with clients in that way under these sorts of circumstances.
