They put in a laps because I got my money back and didn't go with them. Now my license is suspended costing me money because I can't work. I got put on hold for one hour before I hung up and originally hung up on three time. I've been trying to reach them all day. They act like drug dealers and criminal. I was active with them for only two days, got money back so they put me up for insurance laps. I need a lawyer, I've been with companies for years and they never did anything like this. Two days with them now I can't drive or go to work. This was personal and very manipulative.

I felt uncomfortable & discriminated against. In the midst of trying to advise her of what was going on she said she had to leave for a doctors appointment but was going to take care of the issue because I was right after all and it will get "resolved". She then winded up making her agent Morgan handle the matter while she left . Morgan was no help at all. I sat in the office for over two hours and nothing was resolved. I would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone. They provided very horrible customer service & extremely poor management. In the midst of waiting in the office other customers were calling in to make payments . I watched the agents put the the customers on hold then get back on the phone a few moments later advise the customers "the system just went down we have to call you back what's a good call back number for you" just to avoid doing their job at that moment which is ridiculous Work avoidance. To anyone looking to go here for insurance I would highly recommend looking else where. Unless you're the same skin color you will not get far with this company . They treat who they want to treat with respect & help who they want to help. If I can leave no stars for a review I sure would.
