Work quality was decent…read morebut details like caulking gaps made me worried, but they said they would come back to fix and they did. Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive, and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. No call to tell me it was delayed! Install went well until I noticed the poor quality wood they used for the bay window frame (huge gouges in the wood) and crack in corner of the bay window. Salesperson was totally disengaged and did not follow up as I would expect. Absolutely horrible customer severs, only one person has the answers and they are not easy to get a hold of. Attempted to take the window screen off the garage window for winter I then noticed that the installer had caulked my window screen to the window frame. This was extremely alarming as this is very basic to do and to understand that caulk doesn't belong there. I asked to speak with the owners multiple times and finally called me in December and I had to explain everything to him and he didn't even have my file in front of him. I negotiated and they only would offer a discount if I signed an Non-disclosure agreement, very sketchy practice. This is how they maintain a good review/rating! This has been a extremely disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer who didn't' have best experience the first time. Lesson learned! I will not be reaching out to them for my future big money projects like the siding and roofing of my home and neither should you! They should hire more customer service people and skilled installers and stop spending their company money on the annoying TV adds. They do not care about you as the customer and this experience has proved it to me! Stay away from this horrible business! I wish I had!

Our "premium line" home was constructed with builders' grade double-hung windows, and in winter,…read moreyou could feel cold air shooting up out of the slider track, springs broke constantly, and condensation was a big problem, especially in winter. A friend, who had a high-end house, had his windows and patio door replaced by HomeSealed with Okna products, a brand I had never heard of. I was so impressed with the quality and looks of his windows and patio door, I called HomeSealed and arranged for replacements. I love the windows. It's 0 degrees F right now, and I can run my hand around the windows, and not a draft anywhere. Same with the patio door. The windows are easy cleaning, they lock securely, and the install job was great, with little damage to exiting trim. Great warranty too and an easy online service portal if something is not right. I had rental units and used a discount window company for replacements, and those windows failed frequently. You get what you pay for, and this is an investment that will last many years and pay for itself in fuel savings. If you have the funds for Pella or Anderson's best, you ought to check out Okna. If you're thinking about windows from a big-box store, good luck if there's an install problem, or parts/ warranty service are needed.

Can't frankly say how good they are at the job - because they failed at the sales cycle…read more For four windows in a base configuration, they were north of $14k. To put in perspective: Home Depot installed the highest end Simonton windows possible with the specs requested and came in at around $7k installed. Which means that HomeSealed has excessive profits padded in. So...if you don't care about the money side, they might be perfectly fine to work with as a local outfit. EDIT: laminated was requested as a cost compare option, not a requirement. Even if laminated were a requirement, Home Depot's was still cheaper by over $3k. Fact is - as we said - HomeSealed is just priced higher because they don't use every manufacturer, they only use the ones they use, which tend to lean the higher cost. That's what we said: they might be fine at their job and you might want the best of whatever, maybe they're fine. BUT...if you're like 95% of homeowners who feel that significant pricing differences for basic things like colors is illogical, HomeSealed isn't for you.

They came for the final measurement and we signed that contract also.  It stated that the grids were to be white inside and out.  We also have an email we sent to make sure it was in fact changed on all paperwork.  We also got a return email from Alex Ball stating that this was taken care of.  I even called and spoke with Ray Muldrew, who was the Sales Manager who also told me it was noted. (see attached email) To our surprise we got a call at the end of April from a scheduler stating he had great news for us and our windows were on the manifest and would be delivered in May to them and he set up installation for May 24, 2021.  He gave me all particulars regarding what we needed to have moved and all blinds and window coverings down and then said we would get a letter of completion after we were 100% satisfied.  It would be then that GreenSky would be charged the balance. We hadn't heard anything more so the Friday prior to May 24, 2021 we called to make sure they would be here on Monday.  The receptionist said she saw nothing on the schedule and took a message.  We later got a call back from Andrew Korecz stating he wasn't sure who had called us but in fact the windows were not done.  He stated that the hope was they would be in at the end of May.  So we looked at June and since we were going to be gone the week of the 13th, we tentatively scheduled it for the week of June 21. He gave me his direct phone number for any further questions. Upon returning from our vacation I called left him a message and he called back stating once again windows were not done. It was shortly after that I got the statement from GreenSky and on April 17, 2021 the balance due upon completion was charged to our account.  I called Andrew and he said he would look into it.  After I didn't hear back I called again and was told he was out on a family situation.  It was then that I spoke with Justin. He stated that since we had 12 month no interest or payments, he would just have GreenSky start the program on the day the windows were installed.  I called GreenSky, and they told us that that was not a possibility.  We called Justin back and demanded that he take care of this.  He said he would. It was also during this time that we looked at their reviews with the BBB and they had many complaints starting in April 2021. We also had an encounter with another customer who shared their experience with Window Select. His story was similar but his products had been installed with even more problems after installation. We contacted GreenSky regarding returning our money and opened a complaint.  Also Bryan called Window Select and asked some questions and the receptionist gladly shared that Climate Solutions was the company who manufactured the windows but starting July 1, 2021 they would no longer be using them.  But Northeast Building Products would be manufacturing their windows going forward. Bryan then called Climate Solutions and spoke with Aaron.  He was able to confirm that our windows were done and had been since 6/7/2021.  He also confirmed that they were sitting in the warehouse at Climate Solutions.  After a few conversations with Aaron he explained that we needed to first go back to Window Select and ask the questions.  He further stated that if we got no where he would get us in touch with his superior who could help us. We called Justin had another conversation and once again he said that the windows were not done and that their manufacturer was behind due to Covid.   So we reached out to Aaron and he referred us to Eric Shaughnessy, Director of Operations at Climate Control.  He concurred with Aaron that yes our windows were done and that they were sitting in their warehouse waiting for payment from Window Select.   He also stated that we were not the only ones who had called them, and our order for windows were one of many that were there waiting for payment. We asked him  if he could send us pictures of the windows.  He did send us three pictures. (see attached) My name, Lynne Scharpf is on the label and the date of 5/20/2021 is also labeled on it. Actually the windows had been done since 5/20/2021. We also noticed when looking at the pictures that the windows were incorrectly order and the grids were not white as discussed in previous emails and also on the final measure contract. (see attached) It was then that we send an email to Justin, Ray, Andrew and Alex stating what we had found out and also sending them the pictures Eric had sen

Infinity Roofing. Recommended to us by a friend, Infinity has become our go to for those projects…read morethat I just won't be doing myself. I'm an electrician by trade, there are many things I will do, roofs and doors aren't on that list. Our first project was quoted by a salesperson named Aaron and it was a rip and replace of our roof. He was a good guy and came in and gave us a solid deal with all the service and upgrades I was looking for. Financed this venture through Enerbank USA and paid it off interest free in the years' time allotted. Our latest venture happened through a simple phone call. We had just dealt with the seriously cold Polar Vortex and noticed some issues with our doors. Infinity happened to call us to check on our roof and during this conversation, I had requested anyone with experience with doors. Well guess what, they do doors! About a week later a salesperson named Mark came out and gave us, the Provia doors booklet and a bit of homework. He then came back and we proceeded to build some doors, three to be exact. Again, we will be going with the 12-month interest free financing. We are excited as can be to get these new doors installed and seal this house up. In the business of home remodeling, there are many fast wheelers and dealers out there. We personally have found Infinity to be more of a partner than just a contractor in our home ventures. You really get what you pay for these days and pay for what you get, so why not deal with a company that has your back? I'll throw some pics up once our doors are installed. It was a little pricier than we initially expected but I am expecting the quality of the goods to be second to none. Another plus is not only did we get a deal for the time of year we are purchasing but we also received a nice loyalty discount of an additional 5% since we are on our second project with Infinity. That's what's up as every penny counts!

AVOID INFINITY EXTERIORS AT ALL COSTS…read more They did not fulfill multiple aspects of the contract, our roof has been leaking all week just shortly after installation, and the company has failed to acknowledge or remedy this. They also chipped paint all over the exterior of the house and damaged our brand new windows. In addition, they reused extremely rusted materials despite the contract specifying they would be replaced. When told of these, the quality manager came out -- he papered over some issues, said he would get back to me on others (and didn't), and told me the area with ripped metal where water was getting in was "fine" (that night, we had even more water coming in). Our package also included a "50 point inspection" afterwards to ensure everything was installed properly. Not only did this not happen, but when the Quality Manager came out in response to my complaints he admitted multiple things were missed on initial installation. These were only caught by me having to go up on my roof and check, instead of the 50 point inspection. I am more than happy to update this review should the company decide to fulfill the contract and fix the failing roof. For now, I am forced to spend my time and energy calling, consulting lawyers, and contacting NARI.
