Rob's roofing ended up costing several thousand dollars less than one of my higher estimates. He came out personally to my home and made recommendations. He never tried to upsell me and was very honest and polite. A very professional crew tore down my old roof and installed the new one. They were very cautious and careful and left the yard completely clean and free of any nails or roofing material. The straightforward approach sent me a written estimate along with a contract. They never asked for a deposit, just payment in full upon completion. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend them. A pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately I have a low pitched roof so during the recent heavy rains, we've had some water seepage probably due to too much water on the roof. I have emailed Rob's roofing about the leaks on several occasions and each time, they come out and take care of the offending leak. They even went as far as to remove an edge vent that was preventing the natural flow of water off my roof which was causing water backups and leaks. They installed regular vents in it's place and that solved the leaking issue. We've had some torrential downpours over the past month or so and the attic has remained dry. So, Rob's roofing does stand by their product. No run-around or excuses. They came right out and fixed whatever needed fixing.

When I had questions (and I had a lot of questions), he answered every phone call with excellent customer service and patience. When it came to do the job, the crew was polite, clean, professional, and timely. I was worried about my three skylights being put in correctly. The crew made sure every one was put in perfectly and even asked me to verify that I liked how they looked. I am so pleased with the work and the kindness that Integrity displayed during the job. At the end of the day, I would trust Chris and Integrity like if they are family.

We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their…read morework. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.

UPDATE (09/18/22):…read more Jeff and his team just installed a new roof for me and did a chimney demolition as well. Not only was Jeff a great partner for us in selecting superior materials, he and his team installed the roof and completed all of the work within 48 hours. He was very aware of completing this work during nice weather and not risking us to any inclement conditions. Jeff and his team also did necessary repair/replacement work on our fascia boards and they also ripped out all of our gutters and downspouts and did all of the prep work for Leafguard to come out and install our new system. I cannot thank Jeff and JA Homeworx enough for the outstanding work that they have done on my property! I highly recommend Jeff and his team for any type of work you are considering for your home.

While the initial communication was professional, the final result was disappointing. They subcontracted the work, which I wasn't fully informed about upfront, and the quality of the work clearly reflected that decision. The attention to detail was lacking, and even today, if you closely inspect my home, you can still see the inconsistencies in the work. When I reached out to the company to express my concerns--not only about the aesthetic issues but also about water spots and condensation forming on my ceiling--their response was slow. Jeff quickly dismissed my concerns, suggesting I get a second opinion if I wasn't satisfied with their work or that I could refer to the installation instructions. Upon reading the instructions, I found that their contractor hadn't fully completed the job, which added more items to the list. They agreed to come back to make repairs, but the crew that arrived simply removed most of the tape I had placed and poorly applied globs of caulk around my home. I requested another walk-through of my home, and they sent Jordan out. While he was more pleasant and professional, he was still slow to respond and made me feel as though I was asking too much. As of today, four months after the initial work was completed, they've fixed what they could, applied a lot of caulk, and hope they've found the cause of the leak on my ceiling but have failed to address the condensation that forms down an entire exterior wall. Here's to putting this project behind me, while I'll have to learn to accept the poor workmanship, I'm just hoping I don't encounter issues down the road.

We needed our roof and gutters replaced, gutter guards installed, and our soffit and fascia wrapped in aluminum. We began this process by gathering numerous bids from local contractors. After comparing all of our estimates, it was an easy decision to choose Wisconsin Roofing, LLC. The price, quality, and attention to detail far exceeded all of our other bids. The work went as smoothly as the bid process. Every worker that we had contact with was extremely polite, and patiently walked us through any questions or concerns we may have had. The roofers were on time both days, they protected our landscaping and shrubs, and the cleanup was meticulous. The entire process was topnotch from beginning to end. Our home looks beautiful. Extremely happy that we choose Allrite as the contractor for two major updates to our home. First…read morewe had them fully insulate our home which was built in 1929, so it wasn't an easy job with a number of crawl spaces and an attic that is difficult to access. To install a ventilation fan, they had to from the outside go into the dormer that is above the bathroom. In there they found more dead space without any insulation and they addressed that. We absolutely can tell a difference that now I've had to half block a heating vent upstairs because that room gets to hot now. Also we used to hear the firetrucks blocks away and now don't hear them until they are going right by. Second job was to replace the siding to the house. Here the owner (Randy) did an awesome job of planning the job out. Gave us an idea of using two different styles of siding for different parts of the home and it looks awesome now.. More importantly was his crew that did the actual work. They have been doing siding work for over 25 years and you can tell. Everything looks so tight, caulk lines clean and not sloppy. Attention to detail was suburb. One of the things we do is have my wife reach out to contractors first to see how they treat her, she used to work in real estate and is really good at telling if they are giving a bunch of BS or talk down to her. Randy with Allrite passed all her tests and ultimately we choose Allrite based on her feeling that they would do the best job. Their quote was higher than all the others, but two things... One - NO OVERRUNS.. even with adding a few things in during the job, he didn't nickel and dime me. TWO- The quality was worth it.. When I walk down the block and compare houses, you can see the difference. It was well worth the extra investment to go with them and I hadn't expected to feel this good about how the house would turn out. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt that Allrite earned it, that I take time to write this out. If you are looking for a contractor here in the Milwaukee area, at least put them on your list to talk to.
