I love Dr Annie and Dr Nick. It was my first time doing acupuncture, I was not scared but I was just curious as to what it would bring. Well Dr. Annie took care of me the first time, made sure I felt extremely comfortable and made sure I was not nervous. I am so thankful and forever grateful and forever recommending people to you. Once your in, its like your on vacation just enjoying everything. I kind of understand what happens but all I can say is, relief, energy, youthfulness is what I felt. You guys are the best!

I've been to surgery centers before, and have had good experiences and marginal experiences. This was a great experience!! I think this place is smaller than most, and it does a variety of surgeries, not a single proceedure for everyone. Not sure, but possibly this is why the staff seems interested and engaged. Check in was great, although they did have me down for a few allergies that I don't have. The friendly front desk ladies got it fixed quickly. I waited briefly in the first calming area. Esper took me to the prep area, she has a really nice, caring sister vibe. The nurse, I can't remember her name, was great also. Explained everything perfectly and got the IV in expertly, on the first try! The anesthesiologist-can't remember her name either, was so nice! She listened carefully to my concerns, regarding issues I've had in the past, and seemed genuinely interested. And mentioned some possible reasons for past experiences. She and the rest of the team, didn't seem to be in a hurry or in a scheduling rush, it was like I was their only patient, and my comfort was a main concern. At other places I've felt like I was just one of the herd waiting to be tagged and loaded onto a conveyer belt. Thank you so much for making this a better experience! The only downside, is that you are only seperated from other patients by a curtain-the usual set up. I kind of felt bad knowing that other patients could hear the scary things I was relating, to the anesthesiologist, not wanting them to be scared, as some were first timers, I heard.

To Dr. Marshal Tulbert-…read more You walked into my mother's hospital room after she was emergency transported back and opened with, 'I hear you've been having respiratory issues.' That level of detachment from her actual condition is unacceptable. After a five-day stay at Rosewood--where she was left in feces and urine on a fresh surgical wound--she developed pneumonia and the flu. She had already been back in the hospital for six days before you finally showed up, and in that time her wound washouts were postponed three times despite continuous drainage. This goes far beyond poor judgment--it points to a serious breakdown in care. As a human being, how do you have the audacity to stand over your patient and play that kind of game? The complete lack of follow-up is inexcusable. Not a single phone call, not one post-op check on my mother, nothing. That level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. If you think you're untouchable, you're not. Somehow, you still had time to take on new patients. That says everything about where your priorities lie. Cory- your role in this was nothing more than enabling the situation. There's no accountability, no ownership, and no excuse. Andrea- your actions were completely self serving. If you're in this profession for anything other than patient care, it shows. You did absolutely nothing to help my mother. This entire experience was a failure across the board. Negligence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. I'm beginning to seriously question whether this is being handled by people acting in good faith, or at minimum, with basic professional conscience. These issues raise significant concerns about ethics, accountability, and basic responsibility. I have no intention of letting this be brushed aside or repeated with anyone else. I will be pursuing every available lawful avenue to address this, including self-representation if necessary under Nevada law. This is not something I'm letting go. Lil forewarning

I then realized I needed to post this why because it still bothers me. To start with I have a Lisps when I talk. I have a problem when I speak due to this. I've had steroid injection in my toes and ankles before, he asked me what type of steroid shots . I replied with Corticosteroids . As he turned around, he started to snicker / turned around and looked at me again and asked me what type of steroid. I replied with the same answer. Corticosteroids, again he turns around I could see him snickering again So for the 3 time I replied,,,, it's in my chart I asked him what are my options. He replied more steroid or surgery. He never explained to me what type of surgery or what type of steroid shot I would be getting. so I stood up and said I guess I have a lot to think about. Weeks later, I got a couple calls from the office wanting to schedule the Shots In my back I then replied I'm going to do Physical first . And see how that goes. Reason for posting this, it still bothers me How he spoke to me and snickered at me Most people understand it's called a speech impairment .

The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the downtown Carson City location is convenient and easy to access. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the staff and the level of care provided here. My physician, Shaylee Nystrom, consistently goes above and beyond. She is highly competent, thorough, and clearly excellent at what she does. What really sets her apart, though, is her demeanor--she has a naturally cheerful and reassuring presence that immediately puts me at ease and noticeably improves my mood. Appointments never feel like a cold, transactional medical visit. Instead, they feel thoughtful, supportive, and human. She strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine care, and she always makes me feel confident that everything is going to be okay--almost like talking with a trusted doctor who truly knows and cares about you. The front desk staff, physician assistants, and procedural assistants--especially Ashlyn--are equally outstanding. They are efficient, organized, and professional, but also warm and kind. Everything is done with ease, grace, and a welcoming attitude that makes you feel respected and valued from the moment you walk in. I'm grateful to be receiving care here during the course of my injury, and I know this is a place I'll remember positively long after my treatment is complete. If you're looking for a pain management clinic that combines medical expertise with genuine compassion, I would highly recommend Nevada Advanced Pain Specialist.
