Right from the beginning, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment. I'm in the process of growing my hair out and have no idea what I'm doing so I said to the stylist "just make it look good. I like this..." and showed some pictures. The cut came out excellent and I was able to look fresh for the wedding photos the next day. Parking is on-site. Staff is great. Definitely give them a shot. Went this weekend to drop someone off to get a threading here and I was waiting in there parking lot mind you I was the only car there I noticed a lady staring through window at me. I attempted to ignore her stares and continued waiting organizing things inside my car when she came out and said pick up the trash on the floor I was stunned as she said this while I was dumping some trash in the garbage. Hostile and unnecessary the person I was waiting on eventually came out and said they had a 30 minute wait and only 1 staff member. I was more shocked since that meant the only person inside with customers waiting took time to harass and stare at me instead of attending her actual customers. Very disappointing read more

Expectation vs. Reality I feel bad writing this review, but I am just so DISSAPOINTED with my haircut. WORST haircut I've ever gotten in my life! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my harcut to look like BEFORE she started cutting my hair and she said she got it. I showed it AGAIN before she started cutting from the front just to be sure and again, she said she understood. During both times I showed her the pic, I was very SPECIFIC that i only wanted THIN layers in the front just like the picture of even thinner than that. WELL, SHE DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE I TOLD HER AND MY HAIRCUT DID NOT RESEMBLE THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER AT ALL. I was just lost for words of how the haircut turned out, I was so upset but i just kept quiet and didn't want to make a scene so I just paid and left. *I dont know the name of the person that gave me a haircut but I was sat on the first chair to the left. *I've gotten a haircut here before that which turned out to be decent, but after this haircut, I don't think I'm ever coming back here again. read more

Excellent place for all your hair needs. Got a haircut here not too long ago and it was my first time there. But the barber, Vilma, treated me so well. Not only did she give me a great hair cut and exactly what I wanted, but she also sanitized my seat, provided hand sanitizer and was wearing a mask herself. Very livid at today's experience with this Salon. Waited nearly 3 hours for my son to get a haircut with Marvin! We signed in and even put the time I was signing him in. When it was finally his turn they allowed someone else to sit and get a haircut. They need better control on signing in and including time. It was apparent that it was my son's turn yet they allowed another customer to sit down. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. First they dnt speak English, second they messed up with the waiting line, it's taking forever to wait your turn and even if it's your turn they try to avoid you and take some one else who is after you, I guess because they so unprofessional and just afraid of customers, the lady who cut my hair shouldn't touch anybody's hair at all!!! Went there this past Saturday to get a haircut. I'm Persian and understand Farsi so I was shocked that while I was getting my hair cut that one of their employees was basically disparaging my stylist in Farsi with another male stylist who was also Persian. The entire time she continued to insult my stylist to the point where I asked her if I should get involved and she said no and that this wasn't the first time and that she has let the owners know before. I found out that the Rude Stylist's name is Zari. If you're the owner reading this, you need to control your employees cause if this is how they are, you will not be in business for long since you're asking for a lawsuit. if i could give this place 0 stars i would! i am still crying at 2am.. my haircut is the absolute worst and my eyebrows are beyond depressing. i am livid!!! i dont know the ladys name but its not the owner. ive been growing out my eyebrows for over 6 months and this fucking bitch left me with practically no eyebrows. her solution to her fucking mistake was to get them tattooed.. excuse me!!!!!!!! no consultation i told her to shape them and cleaned them. and my eyebrows do not even match. my left eyebrow is basically a straight line!!!! i have blisters from the wax. i fucking know my eyebrows will grow back but in the mean time i have to walk around with this embarrassment. oh and my haircut.. i said three, 3, loooooong layers and i dont know why she thought this cut resembles that at all. i swear im not this petty to post a review like this but wow the service was the worst! i do not recommend this lady at all and she claims to have 22+ yrs of experience... okay what the fuck ever! read more

I'm so glad I found this place! After dealing with a rude hairstylist, I was driving home with my daughter upset because she didn't get her haircut. I decided to pull over and give it a try one last time before going home. I walked in and explain what my plan was for my daughters hair, which was to give the hair we were cutting to locks of love. Long story short: Bad, UNEVEN hair cut (and I have straight Asian hair, it's not that complicated to work with). Staff doesn't speak English. Soaks your hair with cold water and doesn't blow dry. Overcharges for terrible experience. Long story: The menu said $10 and up for a regular haircut but $15 for layers. I just wanted to chop off 3 inches off my hair, no layers, no design really, just a straight chop a few inches under my ears. The lady cutting my hair said $12. But when I was done, the receptionist made her charge me $15. And if the hair cut was good I wouldn't have mind, but the lady who cut my hair cut it unevenly, as in ONE SIDE OF MY HAIR IS LONGER THAN THE OTHER. She also soaked my head with cold water and didn't blow dry after. So I was already home when my hair dried and I noticed the uneven cut. I drove back so she can fix it, but she cut the shorter side even shorter and made it WORSE, then cut the other side to TRY to match it. IT IS STILL UNEVEN!! So I just stopped her before I became bald. Fucking ridiculous. The receptionist even knew it was a bad hair cut and kept apologizing as I walked out. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My experience there yesterday was horrible. I was almost in tears! Vicki has cut my hair before and done an excellent job. On my last visit she cut my hair and charged $20 extra for a blow out. I thought that was a bit much but I paid it. I called a few days ago to ask how much just a shampoo and style would be. Vicki herself said $20 so I made an appointment. When I got there yesterday Vicki said that her daughter was really good and had her work on me. I explained to Vicki's daughter that I had to be out of there in 1 hour as I had to get to a wedding. As she's shampooing my hair another male customer begins screaming at his stylist about a bad hair cut and stormed out. I asked again how much I was going to be charged. Now mind you I'm white but speak fluent Spanish. The daughter asked, "Mom how much are we charging her?" Vicki answers "thirty five". The daughter responds "isn't it twenty five?". Vicki says "no charge her 35". I said I was told it would only be $20. Vicki walks over and says "it's $20 if you get another service but I'll do $30 for you". That was a total lie. I had called twice prior and was quoted $20 BY HER! I didn't have a choice but to pay it. My hair was already wet, I was 20 minutes from home, and had to get going asap. When Vicki's daughter finished my hair a wanted to cry! The front was completely flat and the sides and back looked like a poodle. I complained and although the daughter was very sweet, did her best, and was very concerned Vicki told her in Spanish "don't worry this is pure drama! She's exaggerating!" This is when I let her have it. I told her I understood Spanish, this was not drama, my hair looks terrible, and I didn't appreciate her insulting me in another language assuming I didn't understand her. With that she apologized and tried to fix the horrible job with what she called "volumizing powder". Again I almost cried! One side of my hair was hard as a rock! I was done! If my husband hadn't already paid them I would have just walked out. I went directly from their salon to the wedding. My hair fell out within the hour. I had a TERRIBLE bleach job at a different salon. This salon was recommended to me by a friend and Vicky (the owner) DID WONDERS! she fixed my hair and pricing is very reasonable! I'm going back to her! Salon is very spacious and clean. You do need to find parking on the street and usually there is only metered parking. I would recommend this salon to any of my friends. The reviewer who was dissatisfied and got orange highlights - sorry, not believable. If a client is not happy, Vicky immediately does whatever is necessary for her customer to leave happy.
