There was already some confusion because only the eyebrow service was showing on her screen, but we agreed to proceed with the Bikini Full. Somewhere along the way, there was a miscommunication and I ended up receiving a Brazilian instead. I want to be clear that Jazlyn herself was very attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I understand that miscommunications happen, and I did not blame her for the situation. My frustration was with how the front desk attendant, Zoe, handled it. I was told I had to pay the Brazilian price even though I had booked and communicated that I wanted a Bikini Full. When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. Given the personal nature of the service, this made me extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the booking/miscommunication issue and a private, professional attempt to resolve it. The prices are reasonable, and it only took a little bit over an hour, and I am happy with the finished product of my eyebrows. I got eyebrow shaping, henna tint, and lamination. I never get my eyebrows done, so this was a must for me. Usually, I do them on my own, but when I'm going somewhere or event, I want to have them already done, which creates less hassle for me with make up. Overall, I am very satisfied with my service and I am happy with my brows. Also, I am so happy I got to experience Emily's work, and her bubbly personality.
