I love this place. Even though I live south I drive all the way up to Hialeah just to get my nails done here. I have my nails done by Annie and Amy and they always do an amazing job and take their time. Tony and another man seem to do more of the special designs. ive seen their work and it is beautiful as well. Lots of talented people here. The customer service is beyond unacceptable. My girlfriend had an appointment and was basically skipped the entire time. I hate to play the race card but it was pretty evident that no one wanted to assist her at this location being that she was the only black girl there. Honestly, it hurt my girlfriend's feelings that she was being treated unfairly and with discrimination. She just wanted to get her nails done and feel pretty. Her dollar is no different from everyone else's. 0/10 would recommend unless this is the last nail salon and we were in an apocalypse. read more

Stay away!!! I have been doing my nails at the "salon" for awhile now. The man who usually does them who goes by the name Tony, must have had a bad day or something because he was rude, I mean rider then usual. Telling me he's tired of cheap Spanish people, and a bunch of derogatory comments about 90% of his customers. Lol! I think he forgot where his salon is located!! I guess he became upset when I asked when I needed a whole new set of acrylic nails when I had just gotten one less than a month ago. He is very disrespectful and quite trashy. You can also tell that they speak in their native Vietnamese tongue about ALL the customers!!! Pretty sad! read more

It's only gotten worse. I did a little fact checking as my sis in Michigan got some answers for me on the product. It mortified me along with after having a translator with me they didn't know about I was outraged. But clearly we are ignorant when it comes to our nails and what we let them out on and do. Then their prices never once are what they say. You can pay 20 for mani next time exact product an just mani the price goes up 15-20!! Crazy they might stay in for 2 weeks but at the cost of loosing ur nail or being treated like your stupid. Tony is the only one here that does your nails good and that's if he does them because every single time I go (with an appointment keep in mind) he starts off on my nails and once he has the base set he hands me off to the younger guy or to someone else! and they mess up my nails and paint them super messy and honestly not worth the $65 if I get an appointment with a certain person it's so that person can fully do my nails but just set the base and then have someone else do them. I get that he has more appointments but he should attend the ones he's working on, and not set an appointment for every 30mins. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! and don't get me started on how rude he is! not just to the clients but to the people he hands his work off to!! went here 3 times hoping I'd be different and never again! read more

Amazing little nail place! I do my nails with Any ! She's the BEST! Everyone else seems to be pretty good too! They don't have loud music playing and no one speaks loud which idk about you but I just wanna do my nails and be relaxed. The only thing I didn't like was if you want to do your eyebrows you'll have to sit on a regular chair by the back which is a little uncomfortable and no privacy at all... but I love this place and I'll never leave !! I used to get my nails done here very often but Today I call at around 11am to let the salon know that I yesterday a nail broke ( I had just got them done 3 days ago) and I want to get it fixed so I asked if I would need an appt to be able to get it done. They told me no I didn't need an appt that I can just go and they'll help me out. I added on to that and advised them I'll be there around 6:30 , (they close at 7:30) So I leave work thinking I'm going to get my nail fixed and when I arrive I wash my hands and take a seat, that's fine. I wait 30 minutes. At this point its already 7 and one of them had finished doing a set , so instead of just helping me out really quick and fixing that ONE nail , he sits someone else. Keep in mind everyone else is doing a full set as well so I was gonna have to wait even longer. So I tell them , can I just make an appt because I'm not going to wait another 40 minutes to fix ONE nail. Knowing i just got out of work. When I speak about inconvenience, one of the nice customers even offered her seat because she understood my frustration. The owner simply said , No that I had to come tomorrow . Very unfair and it's sad to know that it's a situation that could have been avoided with some more organization. read more

I mean, going home one or two days letter and still seeing them perfected. No lie, my nails with tony last me a full month and they look INTACT. Super picky when it come to my nails from the way they're filed and the paint job but I've been coming to this salon since I was 14 and I'm 26 now... Lee does amazing eyebrows but you have to be specific if you like thick brows and only want them cleaned bc she will leave them thinner if you don't speak up. ANYHOW, I love how Lee, her husband and son do nails in that order... but sadly I won't be coming here anymore... I have lost 2 of my real nails bc i don't know what type of glue they're using but breaking a nail with acrylics is NOT normal when they do your nails. I've pulled back two nails and my nails have completely detached from the nail bed the other one pulled back the same but not as bad thank god. I don't have a pinky nail right now and it's gross, feels gross & it's really embarrassing. My job requires for me to have presentable nails and this is literally the icing on the cake for me. I'm never coming here again. I'm so sad but I honestly think health is first and they should use a kind of glue that doesn't do this to your nails when you bump your nail on something. This never happened to me back then. I'm not sure which type of glue they're using or if it's the way they're applying it but from years of coming to their salon don't come here for acrylics. You will lose your real nails and end up in the hospital bc of it. Also they've gotten super cheap and they haven't gotten new polishes since idk how long therefore they have to apply polish thinner to EVERY bottle. Literally. It's crazy.
