Last time I went in I brought my friend who was buying my car. We ran the diagnostics computer to see if my vehicle was throwing any codes. During that process when he returned the machine the employees took it upon them selves to tell him my vehicle wasn't worth the money I was asking. Of course he came back to me in shock that they could be so rude? I sold my car but what if that was a make it or break it moment financially? When I called to complain I got more childish behavior with a couple hang ups and condescending behavior.

So instead of addressing the situation head on and taking responsibility for the situation the response was to treat us with disrespect and basically tell us to screw off.. not someone i would recommend for anyone to work with. Also, just to give more details to the situation we were sold the motor on 6/9/21 and told it would be delivered on 6/11/21, then there was a delay although we were promised it would come by friday at the latest (typical for a parts company so no big deal..) then the motor didn't arrive friday but arrived tuesday.. We put the motor in by thursday.. heard it was an internally shot motor (in other words it wasn't tested prior to sale) like it was told/sold. called friday and were told we need to wait till monday for him to try to buy a parts car to sell us another motor.. not going to work! I know how these companies work.. by the time they buy the car 3-5 days.. (he said he would get back to us monday so that proves what i am reffering to) by the time they have the car deliveried to them .. by the time they test and pull the motor.. we are talking 2 weeks before i get a motor. it's ridiculous for us to be expected to wait for them to get something they don't have.

Travis took it in and when he got the phone apart he pulled the connector off of the board. It wasn't due to his inabilities but actually the way Google (which I will never buy another phone from) designs their phones. Travis was able to solder on another connector but then realize the cable between the screen and the connector was also broken. When he went to try to get another connector (GOOGLE WON'T SELL THE CABLE) so what does Travis do? He buys me another phone. He could have so easily ripped me off here but instead of doing that, he did the right thing and the good thing for his business. I can't recommend the fix Hut enough.
