When I informed the front desk that I could no longer wait, the receptionist was dismissive and argumentative. To make matters worse, she insisted I would still be charged for the appointment--even though no service was provided. I was charged $45 for nothing. That's not just poor time management--it's unacceptable customer service. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. I'm not new to salons, and I understand delays happen. But professionalism means respecting your client's time, communicating clearly, and owning your mistakes. Bungalow failed on all counts. I will not be returning. They are fairly inexpensive but not worth the aggravation of poor time management.
