Clean place! The pizza artist was super nice and kind and patient with me as I chose my toppings lol. The cooking and crispiness was perfect on the pizza and it was delicious!

Came here the other day because I really like the pizza, and I had a great experience with the staff. But unfortunately, the pizza I got was completely burnt. I actually asked the young man if it was burning when I smelled it, and he said it wasn't, but when I got home it was black on the bottom and smelled like burnt bread. I live about 25 minutes away, so I couldn't go right back, but I did call and yes he answer the phone . Oh bring it back , you serious ..it's not worth the hour round trip . There goes my dinner , hopefully the Greek salad I got is better.

Here's just a few of the slimy/brown lettuce pieces I had to pull out along with an actual stalk that was not digestible at all.

I got a pizza and salad and the pizza here was good, the staff was friendly however the salad was bad enough to ruin a good review. I had gotten a Cesar side salad and it just taste like chemicals, it was almost the taste of stuff when u bring home lettuce from the store and don't wash it. On top of this I had found about 5 piece of just slimy/brown lettuce. Between the lettuce that looked like it hadn't been changed out of the salad bar in over 2 weeks, and the taste of it just being bitter/chemically I had to toss it. I tried to stomach it due to me paying for it, but it was bad enough that I had to toss more than half the salad.

First visit to a ModPizza! This location was great! Staff was amazing! Very polite to everyone to include each other. There wasn't a limit on topics. Menu is a starting point or helper to get you started. I loved the mini pizza with a mini salad. It's the perfect meal option. They do offer beer on tap and in the can. Will return to this location!

Inside was clean, and welcoming. The line wasn't very long, but it took while for us to actually be able to order. I ordered a mini of the pizza: pesto, cheese, onion, and artichoke. The pizza was good, and came out super quickly! The crust was nice and thin, but not too thin to where it couldn't hold its toppings. Great place for a quick bite.

I love coming to mod pizza because you can put any topping and if you want extra there is no up charge. I personally love getting the mod pizza with red sauce, spinach, extra mushroom, roasted garlic, jalapeño & plant based sausage. The no name cakes are really good to! Remind me of the chocolate cake that hostess makes with the white squiggle on top. I will be for sure! Tip: download the app to get a free no name cake! Plus points towards free pizza

I really love this location! The key is to prepare for a busy restaurant. I've people love MOD so they are pretty busy during peak lunch and dinner times. So I know to prepare for getting to the location in time. They also have a red (maroon) lemonade which is soooo good! I love it and get it every time! I have also gotten the Caesar salad and add chicken. So good!

Totally pleased with my random stop in here. I needed to hit Target as I forgot an item in my luggage and this location was across the parking lot. I was starving so I headed on in. I was greeted immediately and my order was stated right away. You can custom build whatever pizza you like here and there's no additional charge for topping choices. I did Canadian bacon, meatballs, feta, parm, black olives and garlic. Delicious!! I also opted to do the cinnamon sticks pizza with a chocolate dip. This was made at the same time as my pizza. The only thing I'd change is along for this to be made when I was almost finished with my pizza so it was hot. Otherwise delicious! The space was great, loved the wall mural. The staff was beyond friendly. The food was made to order and delicious. Overall: A+ Loved it, super good. Maybe ask for your cinnamon sticks to be delayed if you get em. Or try the other desserts!

First time at MOD Pizza. It was recommended by a friend. It was raining at the time we went so it was not busy at all. When you go up to order they have the menu posted up on the wall. You can choose your pizza of choice and size. You can also create your own and choose any toppings. I ordered the "Jasper" pizza which has sausage and mushrooms in the mini 6 in. That was just enough for me. It's four medium sized slices. I payed about $9 for the pizza and a drink. They have salads as well and garlic bread/cinnamon sticks. Fountain sodas/teas for drinks as well as milkshakes. All the staff were friendly from the guy who prepped the pizza, to the one at the register and the girl who provided the order when ready. Also love that they offer a rewards program cause who doesn't love rewards!

We visit Mods pizza a lot. Tonight was the worst experience. I understand being understaffed and stressed... but my family and I were the only customers in line. No one even looked to acknowledge that we were standing there and continues on with their conversation. Then Susan finally acknowledged us only to be constantly interrupting and cutting me and daughters off as we were trying to order. Again, no one was in line. There was no mad rush. Susan was short and rude and wouldn't even allow me or my girls to ask questions. I don't know what happened to the staff, but this was definitely not the experience my family and I have come to expect. Incredibly disappointed. Susan needs some sort training in how to talk to people. read more

Mod pizza is the best! We order online and they've never messed up our order. Some of our pizzas are gluten free, and some aren't. I half expect when placing an order like that that it's going to get mixed up, but they get it right every time. The pizza is made quickly, and it's delicious! All 5 of my kids are fans! read more

This is my new favorite pizza place! It's about $8 and some change for an 11 inch pizza with unlimited toppings that you get to personalize. If you don't want to make your own pizza, they have a list of specialty pizzas you can pick from. They also have a gluten-friendly pizza option or a small 6-inch pizza option. Drink comes separately. You can also order beer on tap or choose one out of the ice box. The pizza was ready extremely fast once it goes in the oven. It was a really clean restaurant and had a friendly, helpful staff. I definitely recommend this place for quick, personal pizza! We will be returning. read more

Whoa! So much better than that other make your own pizza place. I was pleasantly surprised by experience here. Hubby and I dropped in one evening and did the make your own pizza deal. First, for both of our pizzas, and two drinks our total was less than $22. We normally spend more than that whenever we eat out so that was a great surprise. I was amazing by the options. You have options in size, toppings, and drizzles. So many more options that that other pizza place. Oh and salad options? They've got that too. You can have a salad on top of pizza crust! Mind blown! I stuck with something fairly basic to start but I'm excited to make a pizza with the roast corn and bbq sauce next time. And hey, why go somewhere else for dessert? They do milkshakes too! Top all of this off with really nice, smiling employees. Almost Chick Fil Lay nice....but more laid back and positive vibes type. Overall, I'll definitely return and have already suggested it for lunch next week at work. read more

First time at Mod Pizza and I am definitely coming back again! I was looking for a healthier option since I'm working on my health. I tried the cauliflower crust pizza and topped it with some fresh veggies and shared a mini salad with my sis! It was just enough to fill me up and keep me satisfied! The flavor of the ingredients was delicious! Size is big enough to share. Lots of seating options inside and outside. Friendly staff! read more

If you like custom pizza with all the fresh toppings you want, then this is the place for you. I would have to say that the price fair and the pizza was good with the exception that I think mine was left in the oven a few seconds too long and had a bit more char than I like, but still good. I was told that, that's not the norm, so 4 stars for that. It's a cool spot to chill and eats some pizza. They do not have a large beer selection but do have a few IPA's if that's your tastes. The staff was friendly, fast, and courteous. Definitely worth going again. read more

Awesome, awesome, awesome! For a great custom pizza fast, you can't beat this place. Please open some in the New Orleans area! What a wonderful concept. Everyone gets their own custom pizza so there is no fighting or compromising needed. The truly amazing thing was how fast the pizza was ready. We were very happy with the food that came out of our trip to MOD. The girl who initially started making our pizzas seemed a bit rushed, and while she asked what kind of sauce I wanted on my pizza she went ahead and assumed my husband wanted the same sauce and didn't ask him. I also wish the ingredients were labeled as different kinds of cheese were there and the girl just said "mozzarella?" and when I said yes she moved on to the next pizza. We had to ask what various toppings were, which meant a build up of people behind us was created. The drizzle of pesto at the end was excellent, however, and my husband loved the habanero sauce for dipping. Finally a hot sauce that is actually hot and has good flavor! With 2 sodas, 2 11-inch pizzas and a mini cake our bill was $25 which was so reasonable. Between that and the flavor (perfect toppings and perfect crust) we will definitely be back, but we might order online for pick up to make sure we get all the toppings we want. read more

What can I say! Subway of pizza places. If you don't like your pizza it all your fault. Love the music and the staff is very accommodating and extremely nice. Eat there or carry out. Very good pizza. I get the mega crust, but have never tried the cauliflower crust. Tons of combos available. I believe they are now delivering. Awesome place. read more

I came by myself a couple days ago on a Sunday and man I AM Definitely coming back to this place... pizza is a brick oven style pizza and you can build ur own pizza 11in ur way and for the set price of $8.27 that's amazing all the ingredients were fresh prepped daily and the staff was super amazing so friendly love talking to banner on the oven while i wait for my pizza the managers are so nice.. pizza was cooked to perfection drinks were delicious and having local beers and wines made the experience great... only downside is some them KNOW how to pour a beer and some of them don't lol but amazing nonetheless definitely recommend this pace read more

We have found our new pizza joint. This place is perfect !!! The dough cost but the ingredients don't. You build your own pizza so there is no way you can not like your own pizza. The crust is thin and crispy just like we like it. The price is great and the atmosphere is casual and fun. The staff is so outgoing and friendly. The staff members are even going around cleaning , checking ingredients temperatura and making sure it's restaurant is in great shape. We found home !!! read more

Think of this place as a chipotle, but for pizza. You choose your size and ALL the toppings you want with no extra charge. Yes NO EXTRA CHARGE. The wait was literally FIVE minutes. Tried their Marion blackberry lemonade and their house Rosè. If you want something alcohol free I would definitely recommend the Marion blackberry lemonade. But if you want something on the alcoholic side "Rosè" house made wine is def the way to go. I without a doubt suggest everyone try this place at least once! Their pizza was YUMMY. read more

Today was my first visit to the new MOD Pizza Westover Marketplace. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I created my own pizza, had the Marionberry Lemonade, and a piece of No Name Cake. Try it all! The lemonade is made in-house and you can tell the staff is passionate about their work. While seated, we were asked if everything tasted like we expected, and they even offered to get our refills for us! Super awesome first experience at MOD Pizza, and I will be back! read more

I was surprised with the variety of fresh ingredients. The restaurant was a little crowded for my taste, So I was pleased when my food was ready in 15 minutes. However the pizza crust was soft and it lacked the crispy crust we all like on our pizza. I would return based on service and speed alone! Don't sleep on them! read more

I LOVE MOD and would love to rate them 5 stars, but the last three times I've ordered with them through DoorDash they've forgotten the same topping every single time, a pesto drizzle. Other than that, their pizza is great and definitely high quality. It's just disappointing being preggo and craving something and it feels like halfway done haha read more

Ate here on my birthday with family and friends. Great pizza! I had my first white pizza here and it was tasty! No gluten pizza options are available and according to my friend very good! One can choose from over a dozen designer pizzas, or simply make your own. Other great tastes like an ample salad that my friend said is delicious. The other great thing about MOD pizza is one pile on as many toppings as one likes form a wide array of choices for one price. Don't wait to try it! read more

I've been to the location in Houston Texas and let me tell you they were fantastic! When I had went over there for vacation, we had tried it for our first time. We had looked on yelp for some good food locations that were open a little late, not too late though. Anyways after being ecstatic about the one in Houston we were so hyped for it to come to San Antonio. Now that it's here, we had to try it out, you know the prices are about the same price as Houston which made us excited. You know you have got to love the whole variety of toppings you can put on there, since it is kind of unlimited toppings...I like it. I usually put everything on it. Upon arrival as stated you can see that the lines was kind of long since they make the pizzas infront of you just as subway does it. Once we got there the person helping us was wonderful, giving us the best experience possible. We are thankful for that. Now the only thing I was not happy for was that I asked for a water and they charged me for a drink -.- so I was not too happy for thats. Anyways when the food came out it was hot and fresh obviously from the huge oven infront of the store. Everything came out tasting as good as I remember. Def recommend you coming to try it out. read more

JULIET....was the absolute best!! We have never been to MOD pizza before and she took her time with us walking us through with patience and a smile. Especailly since my hubby is a total goof ball. We came here on a whim bc of the reviews and I am so glad that we did! I had no idea it's like a sandwich bar but for pizza and you aren't charged per each topping! The service is amazing and the pizza....yaassss!!! We are customers for life as long as the service is this good and so is the pizza! Good job!!! read more

Great pizza! This place is a great option compared to some of the other places that share a similar concept. One thing that sets this apart is the speed at which your pizza is delivered. Before we could even sit down our names were called to pick up our pizza. Price is fair. Will definitely be going back! read more

I feel like if you haven't had a pizza from here you might be missing out... my family of 5 went in and got a pizza each and did not have to wait no 45min for them.. they had me at fresh ingredients and fresh pizza dough.. First time here great experience! Pizza was sooooo good and the ingredients were very fresh! Also very reasonably priced. 5 stars from me I just have a suggestion.... for people that don't eat meat I did not like to see them handle the meat and the veggies with the same gloves. I asked the wonderful girl who helped me to please change her gloves from handling meat from the person in front of me and she didn't mind at all. Of course I was happy with that but The thing is, when you touch the meat all day and then dip into veggies there is a lot of "meat" transfer and it's very unappealing for those who don't eat any form of meat. So just a suggestion if possible to maybe reconsider ! read more

Being able to create a pizza with all the meats of your liking is the best thing ever. No more just pepperoni or a double mix of two meats. I'm able to add 6-7 different meats and as much cheese as I want. Totally makes for a satisfying pizza!!! read more
