I've gotten pizza here a few times and the service is hit or miss. The food is always good, but you never know how long it will take to get a pizza. I've stood in line for 30 minutes to order. The last time I tried to order, they cancelled online orders because they were slammed. Unfortunately I did not receive any notification that the order was cancelled. They said they would give a refund and send me a comp for a free pizza or I could stand in the line and get a free pizza on the spot. That line was at least an hour wait, so I literally left and went over to HEB and got one of their frozen pizzas. They did refund me, but they never gave me a comp for a free pizza. I didn't even bother trying to get the free pizza, I was just glad to get a refund. Tonight, I was planning to pick up pizza elsewhere, but just decided to try again at MOD since it was on my way home. I put in an order online and it was ready when I got there. The pizza was very good, but I mistakenly ordered serrano peppers on it instead of bell peppers so it was incredibly spicy. I picked off the peppers but the spice still lingered! What I really like about this place is that you can get your own personal little pizza instead of having to commit to a large regular size pizza that you normally order from pizza chains. It's a great casual place to come and catch up with a friend. I usually get a "mod size" pizza, which is honestly more than enough for me haha. It's worth 2 meals for me. I just eat half of it for 1 meal and save the other half for another meal. They also have pre-set pizzas on their menu to where they already have certain toppings and sauces that they put together if you didn't want to just customize your own. When I got there I was pleasantly greeted and the y were nice. But they were no well prepared. They didn't have the Cali flower read available and I had to wait several minutes for them to bring out a box of it to open the frozen bread. Then as I'm telling them what I wanted they were receptive but they stared rationing the meat like they were going to get a raise for saving grams of sausage. Ever after asking for more the double down on the rations. One of my orders I asked for balsamic fig drizzle and they said they would give it to me later ...nope never happened. I asked for cheese on top on all my meat ...nope forgot to do it. Come in guys I have been to others and I get it the line started building up but is was because you were not prepared not because I'm difficult. I get drinks and no lids and have to ask.
