So it's like a chipotle in a way where you sorta build your own Pizza but the staff does it for you . Which the pizza here just absolutely sucks no matter what ya put on it cause the staff puts stuff on your pizza that ya didn't ask for . When you're paying an expensive amount for it . And yes the staff literally doesn't listen to you and they don't care . Overall there's a McDonald's across the street your better off there read more

Fresh ingredients, you can pick as many toppings as you'd like. The employees were very nice and generous with the toppings. Your pizza is oven baked fresh and comes out pretty quickly after you choose your toppings. There's also an outdoor area in the back for the kids to run around and play while you're waiting for your pizza to be baked or after enjoying your meal. read more

I usually love MODS and this location usually has high energy but March 17 I went in for a salad after the lunch rush yet I wasn't greeted what so ever, stood in front of the pizza making line waiting for some one to step up and acknowledge me. It took longer then usual for her to make my salad cause the chicken was frozen and the pizza maker guy was just tossing the tray the pizza dough sits in right on to the read more

I've gotten pizza here a few times and the service is hit or miss. The food is always good, but you never know how long it will take to get a pizza. I've stood in line for 30 minutes to order. The last time I tried to order, they cancelled online orders because they were slammed. Unfortunately I did not receive any notification that the order was cancelled. They said they would give a refund and send me a comp for a free pizza or I could stand in the line and get a free pizza on the spot. That line was at least an hour wait, so I literally left and went over to HEB and got one of their frozen pizzas. They did refund me, but they never gave me a comp for a free pizza. I didn't even bother trying to get the free pizza, I was just glad to get a refund. Tonight, I was planning to pick up pizza elsewhere, but just decided to try again at MOD since it was on my way home. I put in an order online and it was ready when I got there. The pizza was very good, but I mistakenly ordered serrano peppers on it instead of bell peppers so it was incredibly spicy. I picked off the peppers but the spice still lingered! That's what I get for trying to multitask instead of paying attention to what I was ordering. It wasn't super busy and there wasn't much of a line so I imagine anyone ordering in person probably didn't have to wait too long. If they can improve the speed of service, it would elevate this place so much because their pizzas are really good! read more

Came on a Saturday around 7:00pm. Not very busy, but staff was extremely slow and didn't appear to be in any hurry to help the growing line Pizzas were made with a half-assed effort. Over sauced and burnt. My pizza personally was disgusting and it was taken home to the dog. We'll see if he even eats it. Aside from the service and the shotty food, the restaurant was obscenely dirty. Especially considering the time and day of the week. Server gloves on the floor, hard to find a table that wasn't dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Dirty glass at the ingredients. Horribly dissatisfied. We frequent the Friendswood location often and love it, but we will NEVER come back to the Pearland Parkway location. read more

Most of my pizza was soggy like. I just thought it was horrible pizza at first then my husband was wondering why I kept spitting pieces out. He looked at my pizza and said it was undercooked. The people who took my order were very nice. I didn't complain. I just hope I don't get sick. read more

This place is great! The food is excellent! Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered a Dominic and a Calexico, highly recommend. The manager was super courteous, you can tell she cares about her customers and the quality of food and service. My experience with this Mods is unacceptable. My family and I have placed a few different mobile orders for pickup and every time one of our pizzas is missing and no one can explain what happened to them. This time a pizza was missing and we over heard the employee saying that they ate a pizza from one of the mobile orders. That order was ours and they had no intention of remaking it had we not said anything. We get home and open our pizza boxes and the pizzas are under cooked and were made incorrectly. The amount of frustration we has is unreal and we can't return them because we've eaten most of them read more

It's Saturday night and I just got off work. I had never been and decided to give it a shot. When I walked in, everyone was so happy and the first server (Paula) could tell I was overwhelmed. (I'm typically just a cheese pizza kinda girl but i was feeling adventurous.) She thoroughly explained the process and each ingredient. She and Felicity even gave me popular suggestions to build the perfect pizza. After I paid, I contemplated getting the Marion BlackBerry Lemonade but was indecisive for no other reason than trying to cut back on sugar. Dylan saw me going back and forth and handed me a cup saying "Here - go try it." I respectfully declined but he insisted and said " giving it to you. Take it. We Serve people. Not food." I couldn't resist! I LIVEEEEE for servant leadership and that really made my night. Not to mention that lemonade is fire! Couldn't wait to write this review. I'm sure the pizza is great lol. read more

Good if you have several people who all like their pizza a little different! My personal favorite is the Mad Dog pizza.

What I really like about this place is that you can get your own personal little pizza instead of having to commit to a large regular size pizza that you normally order from pizza chains. It's a great casual place to come and catch up with a friend. I usually get a "mod size" pizza, which is honestly more than enough for me haha. It's worth 2 meals for me. I just eat half of it for 1 meal and save the other half for another meal. They also have pre-set pizzas on their menu to where they already have certain toppings and sauces that they put together if you didn't want to just customize your own. I also like the wide variety of protein and vegetable options that you have to put on your pizza. The pizzas don't really take that long to bake either! read more

Super friendly staff! Great pizza. They were patient and took time to answer questions. We got four different pizzas. I love that it is one price with AS MUCH TOPPINGS AS YOU WANT!!! I got a gluten free pizza with a red sauce base. Mozzarella on top of that. Then dollops of ricotta. I chose grilled chicken, and bacon for meats. Roasted broccoli, shaved brussel sprouts, and chopped tomatoes were my veggies. Once the pizza was done baking, I had it finished with a nice balsamic fig glaze. TALK ABOUT YUMMY! My tastebuds were lit. This is the crunchiest, most delicious gluten free pizza that I have had in awhile. 10/10 y'all. Mod pizza is our fave pizza spot in Pearland. read more

We're admittedly MOD fans, and this location met all the usual criteria. Wish this location had outdoor seating like many of the others, but...a minor quibble. Quality was as expected. One note here -- I tried a special pizza with Mike's Hot Honey (https://modpizza.com/blog/qa-mike-kurtz-founder-mikes-hot-honey/) on it. For me, it didn't work. Wasn't hot, just sweet, and was too thin, meaning I just ended up eating a sweet pizza with sticky hands. I'd advise skipping it. We also had a gluten-free pizza as part of our order, that was mistakenly made with regular crust. They quickly, and without hesitation, replace it with another. Good response. read more

Love MOD Pizza! This experience wasn't the greatest one I've had. I was greeted when I came in but more or less it was a "I had to greet you feeling." I understand hard and or long day. Looks like staff was short handed. I'm thinking that most where ready to go home. They needed some help at the line after me. One of the co workers was replenishing the tomatoes while I was waiting patiently to finish my orders. I'm not sure what protocol is, if you help the customer first then finish replenishing or the other way around. I waited about two minutes to be checked out. The gentleman that was cooking the pizza ended up ringing me out. Take away's from this visit - First person who helped me couldn't hear me ( I was talking a normal level where the other employees could hear me fine) - This person didn't seem happy to be at work. Something must of been going on for them to have a poor attitude. ( attitude wasn't directed towards me) it was something you could notice about the person. They where for sure agitated that other co workers where bit helping. There's has to be more then what I saw why this person was not having a good day. - Second person I had to wait for them to finish filling up the tomatoes, olives etc. looking at the food, they were not low. Not a big deal for me, but if the goal is to keep the line going and not have hold up's then refilling can wait or have another employee come behind them (that is not helping anyone) come filling it up. - The pepperoni pizza was done well, the second pizza the cheese had slid 1/3 of the way to the center and there was a burnt mushroom on it. I didn't order any mushrooms on the pizza. - This was a carry out order read more

Fantastic service. Great location and easy to find. Safe area. Everyone was willing to switch gloves for a gluten allergy with a great attitude. The service was quick and the pizza was great. When I got there I was pleasantly greeted and the y were nice. But they were no well prepared. They didn't have the Cali flower read available and I had to wait several minutes for them to bring out a box of it to open the frozen bread. Then as I'm telling them what I wanted they were receptive but they stared rationing the meat like they were going to get a raise for saving grams of sausage. Ever after asking for more the double down on the rations. One of my orders I asked for balsamic fig drizzle and they said they would give it to me later ...nope never happened. I asked for cheese on top on all my meat ...nope forgot to do it. Come in guys I have been to others and I get it the line started building up but is was because you were not prepared not because I'm difficult. I get drinks and no lids and have to ask. I ask for a cup holder no cup holder. On the pro side the manger there was cool as heck and receptive so it wouldn't be a reflection of him but of people working there not really wanting to be there and you can't control that. I did have a nice person in line open the door for me on the way out though. read more

I will not be coming back to MODS PIZZA in Pearland anymore. I went there while in full uniform Police. They as you whats your name for the order. I gave them my name, which is Johnson.
