Uber Eats'd a MOD pizza for dinner. The prices are typically higher than if you go in store, so it was $13.49 just for the pizza. There's no spot to add any side sauces on the app, but I called them and told them to add it to the order and they sent a bag full of the sauces I requested. Unfortunately when I opened my pizza, there was no cheese on almost half of it. Not sure what happened here, but it was disappointing. There was a new veggie pizza. We add meat. Pepperoni and mushrooms. Another the dillon james. Adding beef and pepperoni. So restaurant good. But im done with Mod pizza. My crust always gets charred. Service was great and friendly, but flavor was a little bland, even after loading it up. Probably would have been better with just 1-2 toppings, like a pepperoni/sausage. Explained that this place was like ordering at Subway and so I quit looking at the menu to start the process of making my pizza--well the guy made it lol! I ordered an 11" regular crust for the spicy red sauce, Asiago & Mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy chicken sausage, mushrooms, basil, black olives, and oregano. My son's pizza was a little more on the meat side but it looked good. Got a nice Coca-Cola to drink cause spicy needs to be washed down with something cool Happy we stopped in. If I could give this TEN stars I would,when I walked in it wasn't that busy(which will be important later on)and only two people were up front,Samaya and her manager Bramble.They politely told me they had to clean up their work area which I COMPLETELY understood and waited patiently.Don't know how long I was standing there waiting,but I began to cry for some unknown reason,and Samaya noticed this as she got my pizza ready to make and asked me if was okay but I wouldn't tell her.Bramble proceeded to make my pizza and then told Samaya that I should get my pizza for free! I cannot tell you how shocked I was when they told me this even though I was willing to pay for it,I cried even more at that point! Usually Mod keeps things clean. This one had a german ROACH dead, where you dump out your ice on the far right. The entire drink machine was absolutely FILTHY aside from the dead roach laying on a bed of recently dumped ice. The manager wad a big white lady who didnt care the slightest about the cleanliness and acted as if i was out of line for bringing the roach and drink machine to her attention. Ive seen dirty drink machines as most fast food spots are this way, but not usually MOD. Avoid this location because the manager 100% does not keep things clean. This drink machine was something id expect to see at a Checkers in the middle of nowhere, not valley ranch in Montgomery county. Bad management and ZERO cleanliness read more

I like MOD pizza. I like a thicker crust and always get the mega crust. This location does not know how to press the extra dough. They use the same setting as the regular pizza. This made a very thin pizza with the dough overlapping the pan edge. When it got to the end of the line they had to fold the overlapping dough over the edge of the pizza. It ended up after being cooked with a one inch or so high piece of dough around the edge with the same thin crust where the toppings are as a regular pizza. Ended up paying extra dough instead of an extra thick crust. I will not go back to this location. Worth a drive to the Northpark lication for a mega crust done right. read more

I have always loved mod pizza but this time i had a horrible experience and it was giving off racial hatred vibes. i walked in and nobody acknowledged me or my husband like they did the customer before us. The lady who started my order was nice, the guy who finished it was rude as hell. Made my salad , had an attitude, bout the wrong toppings then had the nerve to throw my utensils at me. I was flabbergasted, i was frustrated. i politely asked his co worker to remind him to hand it to people and not just throw it. He was very disrespectful and i won't return to this location.
