Their Detroit-style pizzas have a delicious crust which perfectly compliments their toppings. My favorite pizza being their mushroom pizza! I'm glad I finally got to enjoy their pizzas fresh at the restaurant. Their pizza was as good as the first time I had it (even better since it was fresh), but I got to experience their great service! Delicious without being drowned. The soup was hearty and well seasoned. My wife loved it so much we ordered a quart to go. That is saying a lot as she is not a huge fan of Italian cuisine. Now, I am kind of a pizza snob so, my expectations weren't that high. Wow! Was I wrong! The crust was crisp with a soft center. The sauce was perfect, not too much or too little, just right. It was a delicious pie. The perfect ratio between toppings, sauce and a crust that doesn't flop. Service was fast and friendly. If you are in Napa and looking for a really good meal that won't max out your credit card, this is the place. Oxbow is a neat place to visit, but the prices are in my opinion, extremely high. Try this place for reasonable, affordable and delicious Italian food.

This time, the experience felt completely different. I hope management can take a closer look at what happened since they just lost a long term good customer today. I came in with my 18-month-old child and asked for assistance getting a table and a high chair, since I was carrying my baby. I was told I could find the high chair myself, but due to the situation, I asked if someone could help. I was then told they couldn't leave their station. Because the indoor seating wasn't suitable for us, I was directed to sit outside, even though it was cold and windy. When ordering, i had to order it by standing area take out section to your rightside and I was asked to handle everything myself (including drinks and water), which made the situation more difficult while managing a small child. There were other staff members present, and it didn't appear overly busy at the time, which made the lack of assistance more frustrating. What stood out most was the overall tone I didn't feel welcomed or supported as a customer. I ended up deciding not to complete my order and left. I understand that every restaurant has different service styles, but based on my past visits, this was a noticeable decline in customer experience by this specific waitress. My review was deleted so I'm re submitting this review so I want to make sure Manager Or owner acknowledged of this issue before loosing more customers because of that server's unkind attitude towards customers.

Other members of our party got the seafood and meat pastas (universally praised for freshness and perfectly cooked pasta). The appetizers were standouts as well, including the lightly fried olives with anchovies (a real surprise since the anchovies were mellowed by the cooking process but kept their savory deliciousness). Located next to the Oxbow I highly recommend taking a quick detour to stop by this brewery. I tried the War of Art IPA, and while I'm a pretty big fan of their beer, this one stood out as a crisp, easy, drinkable IPA that quenches your thirst and cools you off n a warm day. The bartender was extremely helpful and attentive and kept the line moving fast. I order the kale Caesar salad and it was pleasantly delicious. If you like Caesar dressing I recommend ordering an extra side but I found the light dressing to work really well with the Cale and accoutrement.

When I went to meet the driver, I noticed that the pizza box was not hot anymore and started to worry. Took it back to room and opened the box and it was no longer hot. I'm not sure why they didn't use one of those pizza bags, especially since it was raining outside. The box was wet and possibly cooled down a little bit since I forgot to tell the restaurant which building I was in. But, I have to admit, opening the pizza box, I noticed how generous they are with their toppings. The whole pie was filled with sausage and pineapple. Made me very happy. The pizza wasn't hot anymore, but the amount of toppings kind of made up for it. The sauce wasn't much of a factor as all I can taste were the toppings. I now know that maybe next time, I will order the thin crust as the regular is a bit thick. The cheese they use is legit mozzarella and had texture to it. The pizza was delicious and it's safe to say how much better it would have been if eaten onsite. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as it was still crunchy, though no longer hot, it was still tasty. The battery they use made the stick still hold up and not bend or break in half. It was accompanied with homemade marinara. The marinara is fresh and you can taste the tomatoes and basil and went well with both the pizza and sticks. The buffalo wings was not spicy at all and has lost some of that crunch, but it was still good. Their wings is on the bigger side. I love that they included plates, pepper & parm without me having to ask. Great thinking guys. Overall, I'm definitely going to add this to my list for Napa eats when I come back up here.

And just like the food at the Walnut Creek location it was all cold. Nothing was hit at all. My souses burger was medium rare. We didn't even return the burger because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for her burger to be ready. I do not recommend any Gotts burgers as they are over priced cold and do not cook the food as ordered.. we really hoped gonging them a 2nd chance would change our mind but after a second bad experience we will not being going back to try anything else.
