The cashier was friendly and helpful, too. We liked the dough with its crispy crust (an added treat when rewarming a slice); however, we found the sauce uninspiring and began tossing on our slices extra cheese, seasonings, and garlic to amp it up. I would be willing to try them again especially since they have more items in which I'm interested. Oddly, I cannot get delivery to Monroe even though Jet's Pizza next door delivers without hesitation. Hmmm.

We arrived at 7PM on the dot, but it wasn't ready. I stood around waiting until 7:23 before the order was complete. I was told at 7:10 they had to remake my sandwich. When I got home the pizza was burnt. This is the third time in a row I've had to wait around for more than 10 mins to pickup an order that was phoned in over an hour earlier. I'm never picking an order up there again. My wife or mother-in-law can deal with them if they want pizza, I'll make myself a PBJ. As an FYI, out of 86 reviews I've posted, this is only my fourth 1-star. Everything else is 3-5 stars, so this puts them in the bottom 5% of all business I've reviewed, and that's saying something.

I had never had their wings, so I tried an order of their buffalo wings. I received a code for the locker with my order pickup via email. However, when I parked in front of the restaurant, there was a lit sign saying open drive thru only. I didn't capture the sign in the front, but there's a picture of the same sign at the drive thru window. I told the young lady that I had an online order. As she handed me the pizza, she said that they were out of most of their two-liter sodas; they only had diet Mountain Dew which replaced the diet Pepsi I ordered. FYI, the "wings" are wingettes. That in itself is not a problem. I just won't be paying $7.99 for baby wings again. They could've used a little more of the buffalo sauce.
