I saw a woman pour a little bit of vinegar into a little paper cup and sip it straight, so in true monkey-see-monkey-do fashion I did the same. My first taste was the White Peach Balsamic. Forget everything you know about balsamic vinegar, stuff this good is on a different plane of existence altogether. Wow! It turned my world upside down. My budget permitted a purchase of just one bottle this trip, but you can rest assured I will be coming back to add to my collection. If you're curious, I chose the Lime Jalepeno Balsamic as my first bottle. All I add is a little oil, salt & pepper and I have a salad dressing that knocks my socks off!
