Beyond the core experience--friendly, knowledgeable staff and unbeatable starting bids--their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in every detail. First, their online platform is a breeze. The website loads quickly, with high-resolution images, detailed condition reports, and zoomable views that let you inspect items as closely as if you were standing right in front of them. I love building my watch list weeks before the auction, then getting real-time notifications when bidding heats up. Their mobile app even lets me bid from my car between errands, so I never miss out on a coveted lot. In person, preview nights are a highlight. The auction house opens its doors a day early so you can wander the warehouse, handle items, and ask questions one-on-one with the specialists. I once got a deep dive into a vintage clock's provenance from the firearms expert during a lull in the gun auction--it felt like a private consultation. Payment and pickup are equally seamless. You can pay online and choose home shipping (packed securely in branded boxes), local curbside pickup, or an in-house packing service that wraps fragile glass and china with museum-grade care. I've used every option, and each time my purchases arrive scratch-free and ready to display. The monthly gun auctions deserve their own praise. Unlike loud, intimidating venues, McManus manages each firearm with professionalism and strict adherence to regulations. Background checks are handled discreetly, and the staff guides you through paperwork without making you feel rushed or embarrassed. For collectors and hunters alike, that peace of mind is priceless. They also host specialty sales--Asian art, mid-century furniture, vintage toys--that rotate throughout the year. I've discovered everything from a rare hand-painted vase to a mint condition Star Wars action figure at these themed events. Watching the gavel drop, whether online or live, is still a thrill. Finally, McManus Auction House feels deeply rooted in our community. They regularly partner with local charities for benefit auctions, and you can feel their genuine enthusiasm for giving back. I've chatted with staff who volunteer at fundraisers and seen unsold lots donated to nonprofit drives, which makes me proud to spend my dollars there. All told, McManus Auction House combines cutting-edge technology, inviting in-person events, transparent processes, and a warm, community-focused spirit. If you're tired of faceless online marketplaces or overpriced estate auctions, give McManus a try--you'll find treasures, fair prices, and people who truly care about your bidding experience. I know I won't be going anywhere else.

Total thiefs came and took 4 truckload of very expensive items from antiques, electronics,…read morefurniture, signed and numbered paintings, collectable figures and more. Was told they were taking to inventory and give me a list and then would notify me a day it would go live for auction. Never received inventory list called several times and was told no one knew anything. Included in paintings they took were 2 Tony Curtis original paintings signed and numbered with value certificates One was valued at $25,000 the other $45,000. And had several other artists paintings. 2 weeks later I received a phone call to pickup a check for my items that were sold at Auction I asked what do you mean ai was never notified of it going to auction. Was told all they knew was items were sold week before at auction and to cut me check. So I go to talk to someone and she hands me an envelope with 3 checks totaling $800. I asked what items was this for and was told everything. I asked to speak to manager because there is no way .they claim their auctions start at a dollar and there is no reserve. So they supposedly sold items for $1.00 including paintings. I lost it at this point was told items were already sold and picked up and nothing they could do.And I couldn't get back. And basically told me to get off property. That night went looking for my items that were sold. They were marked sold for $1.00 Then clicked on new auctions and several of my items were again for sale but at very high starting bids like thousands. So basically they bought my items marked my stuff sold for dollars took their cut of that issued me check for nothing and then relisted for them selves at actual thousands basically and auctions actual ended with close to real value .I went back but guy I guess security would not let me in was told to get off property that I was trespassed. Absolute thief they know exactly what there doing stealing people's belongings for them selves. That's how they pay there bills and cars and homes and bigger location. By stealing!

You are able to go in person on Friday to view all items prior to bidding that weekend. A few weeks ago, I purchased $1400 worth of products and wasn't able to pick up on the pick up days Monday or Tuesday so I called and they let me pick up on Friday. One of the items were too large to fit in my car so they held it another week until I could find a vehicle to pick it up. They offered to tie it to the top of my vehicle and wrap it but I didn't think that was a great idea for a 75 inch tv traveling across town, LOL. They even offered to deliver it across town if I paid for the gas. I declined since I had to return items anyway. 2 of the 7 items in my last purchase were unsatisfactory, wrong keys to a lock and blender motor sounded like it was going out- they returned them without any issues and refunded my card. Items below $20 get store credit. All in all, friendly group of guys anytime I've needed assistance. I will continue to purchase from this place and plan on taking advantage of the viewing day to check out items prior to bidding.

I'm not quite sure what one of the people above me is talking about but Las Vegas Estate Sales LLC…read morehas always given me the best deals! They are very professional in the entire process of conducting estate sales, one of the most professional I have seen between Nevada, California and Arizona. Pam is absolutely amazing. The items are priced right and there's plenty of opportunity for dealers. I'm sure she takes care of the customers as it is obvious that collectible or precious items will not have a "garage sale" sticker and that is very obvious and to be expected. Nevertheless, it is a pleasure to deal with a company like theirs in the valley. You are always guaranteed most professional service, the items are often one of a kind since being one of top estate sale companies in Nevada they get to conduct biggest and "absolutely-to-die-for" sales. The houses where they have their estate sales are packed, both with unique & authentic items and customers. There's always a crowd because their known for the biggest and the best sales among their regulars. If I ever had to move or conduct an estate sale I'd definitely choose them to be my estate sale broker. Right now I'm their very happy customer.

He didn't price anything just sold for cheap. I have only high end furniture and accessories. They went in my Master closet and stole real jewelry, a professional steamer. The first day he said I made $1000, which I never saw. The second day I stayed to see what he was doing but they got stuff out of the house and garage without me noticing. His supposed followers are part of his scam. They come in and rape the house. They're all older they come and sit around in your furniture acting like they live there. I was telling him on the second day. This is not working he informed me today is 50% off. He said OK. I think we need to cancel this. This was just a couple hours in. He put a sign out on the gate saying sorry it's canceled. Spelling (cancle) when I went outside because I heard his truck on. He said oh I have to move my truck because if I don't people will still keep coming, that was it he was gone. I came back in the house and he left me $380 wrapped in a fake $100 million dollar bill. He never came back never answered any of my texts or phone calls. Do not let him in your house. He will rip you off like you can't even believe. He can't add. He left me a receipt in my drawer, which is invasive that was a receipt that he charged me $100 a trip which would've been $400 because he came out two days which I was never told in advance he charged me for his flag in the yard $10 then he charged me $20 labor which I don't understand at all and his total was $310. I'm not a space scientist but that doesn't equal $310. I am so livid. I know why he doesn't put his address on anything. He doesn't have a card. His receipt is a regular receipt, something you could buy at the store. This isn't a business. This is a rip off. Do not engage with this person. He never brought anyone to help, but I guess all those little older people that are his followers are his helpers as they take your stuff out the door. Don't believe any of the good reviews I think they're from his followers. If he did this to me, he's doing it to everyone.

These toilet seats were dirty, appeared to have already been used, and one of them is broken. The hardware and other components also appear to have been previously used. I have attached photographs showing exactly what I received. I understand that MAC.BID merchandise is sold "as-is." However, that does not make it acceptable to repackage used and broken merchandise and put it back up for sale without properly disclosing its condition. If these items were actually inspected before being repackaged and sold, then I have a very serious question: How could someone inspect a broken toilet seat, see that it was dirty and previously used, repackage it, and then put it up for sale as merchandise that someone could purchase? That is extremely troubling to me. Repackaging a broken and unusable product and putting it back on the market without properly disclosing its condition is fraudulent and completely unacceptable. I spent my money on these items, and I should not have to discover after opening the package that what I purchased is dirty, previously used, and broken. I will also be leaving a review describing this experience because other customers have a right to know what they may receive when purchasing merchandise from MAC.BID. Sincerely, Yvette Moore
