The staff go get our stuff and bring it to our car. Easy peeezy! The entire transaction took less than half hour and we drove off. Thank you for doing a great job Nellis Auction staffs!! Now I can start bidding on more stuff hehee

Ordering/paying online, scheduling a pick up, the pick up process, and return process are all well done and all easy to do. There have been times when I have gone to pick up my items and when I parked a worker was immediately there to help me before I could even scan the QR code to check in on the sign; awesome service. There has been a few items that were not inspected that I have purchased in the past and were damaged or missing pieces, even though they were marked as a 5 star on the auction and with no damage. That has been my only deal breaker part of the experience. But other than that, I have gotten some great finds and have really found value in this place.

Beyond the core experience--friendly, knowledgeable staff and unbeatable starting bids--their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in every detail. First, their online platform is a breeze. The website loads quickly, with high-resolution images, detailed condition reports, and zoomable views that let you inspect items as closely as if you were standing right in front of them. I love building my watch list weeks before the auction, then getting real-time notifications when bidding heats up. Their mobile app even lets me bid from my car between errands, so I never miss out on a coveted lot. In person, preview nights are a highlight. The auction house opens its doors a day early so you can wander the warehouse, handle items, and ask questions one-on-one with the specialists. I once got a deep dive into a vintage clock's provenance from the firearms expert during a lull in the gun auction--it felt like a private consultation. Payment and pickup are equally seamless. You can pay online and choose home shipping (packed securely in branded boxes), local curbside pickup, or an in-house packing service that wraps fragile glass and china with museum-grade care. I've used every option, and each time my purchases arrive scratch-free and ready to display. The monthly gun auctions deserve their own praise. Unlike loud, intimidating venues, McManus manages each firearm with professionalism and strict adherence to regulations. Background checks are handled discreetly, and the staff guides you through paperwork without making you feel rushed or embarrassed. For collectors and hunters alike, that peace of mind is priceless. They also host specialty sales--Asian art, mid-century furniture, vintage toys--that rotate throughout the year. I've discovered everything from a rare hand-painted vase to a mint condition Star Wars action figure at these themed events. Watching the gavel drop, whether online or live, is still a thrill. Finally, McManus Auction House feels deeply rooted in our community. They regularly partner with local charities for benefit auctions, and you can feel their genuine enthusiasm for giving back. I've chatted with staff who volunteer at fundraisers and seen unsold lots donated to nonprofit drives, which makes me proud to spend my dollars there. All told, McManus Auction House combines cutting-edge technology, inviting in-person events, transparent processes, and a warm, community-focused spirit. If you're tired of faceless online marketplaces or overpriced estate auctions, give McManus a try--you'll find treasures, fair prices, and people who truly care about your bidding experience. I know I won't be going anywhere else.

Was told they were taking to inventory and give me a list and then would notify me a day it would go live for auction. Never received inventory list called several times and was told no one knew anything. Included in paintings they took were 2 Tony Curtis original paintings signed and numbered with value certificates One was valued at $25,000 the other $45,000. And had several other artists paintings. 2 weeks later I received a phone call to pickup a check for my items that were sold at Auction I asked what do you mean ai was never notified of it going to auction. Was told all they knew was items were sold week before at auction and to cut me check. So I go to talk to someone and she hands me an envelope with 3 checks totaling $800. I asked what items was this for and was told everything. I asked to speak to manager because there is no way .they claim their auctions start at a dollar and there is no reserve. So they supposedly sold items for $1.00 including paintings. I lost it at this point was told items were already sold and picked up and nothing they could do.And I couldn't get back. And basically told me to get off property. That night went looking for my items that were sold. They were marked sold for $1.00 Then clicked on new auctions and several of my items were again for sale but at very high starting bids like thousands. So basically they bought my items marked my stuff sold for dollars took their cut of that issued me check for nothing and then relisted for them selves at actual thousands basically and auctions actual ended with close to real value .I went back but guy I guess security would not let me in was told to get off property that I was trespassed. Absolute thief they know exactly what there doing stealing people's belongings for them selves. That's how they pay there bills and cars and homes and bigger location. By stealing!

Do NOT hire this auction house!…read more I wish we had read reviews and researched this company before hiring them to manage our estate auction. There are many poor reviews from people who have purchased auction items but not much here from those who auctioned items off. I'm sure our negative experience dealing with them will come as no surprise. After rescheduling twice, they showed up to our home on a Friday to inventory items for our estate sale. By late afternoon they were half way through and said they'd be back Monday. Both times they showed up they were extremely rude to me, my girlfriend and my 90 year old uncle. My Aunt recently passed and had an extensive collection of glassware, sculptures and original art. My uncle tried to tell them about some of the more valuable items, thinking that this information, such as the artist's name or sculpture's orgin or pointing out something important, like showing them the handle on a ceramic vase was cracked - he thought this would be helpful for potential bidders to know. He wasn't trying to talk their ear off. I was there to make sure of this! For the most part, he was very respectful and stayed out of their way. Whenever he would tryto tell them anything about any items they were prepping for sale they were extremely rude - either completely ignoring him or getting very short and snappy. While we were in the garage we heard them taking a break outside and discussing amongst themselves what a pain it was to be working with so many items in a small, cluttered house and saying rude things about some statues that were clearly replicas and being sold as such. This really infuriated me because we are their client. Why come into our home to work with us and bring an attitude? I had a horrible feeling about them and wanted to call it off right then. They were nothing but nice and professional when we called to inquire about their services, but they are very slick with the contracts and paperwork and once you sign your life away there is no turning back and they know that they can treat you however they please - like garbage - and there's not a thing you can do about that! The 2nd day they came back to finish what they started was even worse. One hour into it they tell us items they had on Friday have been moved or missing. Since they just dumped stuff on the floor and throughout the hallway, yes, we did move some things but they left items stacked and totally blocked the only path to the bathroom! My Uncle is 90. He has mobility issues and when we explained this, we were told that we could have gotten a hotel room for the duration of the sale and time that they were there to work. Well, I'm sorry but we didn't feel comfortable just letting all these strangers in our house unsupervised. After showing them where wed moved the things left in the hall, they yelled at us not to touch anything again. They went back to work then went to lunch. Upon returning from lunch they called my uncle over to talk to him in private and accused us all of stealing items he'd had out for auction on Friday. They got into it with us and insisted that there was stuff missing. My Uncle had some friends of his over to visit during the weekend and he had someone there dropping off meals and doing food delivery. They demanded the names and phone numbers of everyone who was at the house over the weekend so that they could call them to inquire about the items they thought were gone and demand things be returned. This was crazy because they really had no clue what the items even were that they thought people stole! They kept bullying my uncle to provide this information and called his friends who just thought this was very strange since they never took anything from the house. When no one fessed up since no on had taken anything they went on to accuse my Uncle of cheating them out of profits because if these people didnt have anything then obviously my Uncle sold things over the weekend and now he needed to tell them exactly what was sold off behind their backs! I kid you not. This was so unhinged. We were in shock and disbelief that a company who is supposedly a professional auction house would be acting like a bunch of thugs. My Uncle was so upset that he called my cousin in Flordia and after hearing his side of what was going on, she took it upon herself to call for a police welfare check on him because these people were yelling at him and physically getting in our faces making threats. The police didn't exactly know what to make of this either. They basically took our side telling the organizers to settle down or else they would ask them to leave the property. Talk about trashy! His neighbors knew he was holding an estate auction. When they see the police show up, they want to know what all was going on. This was just so embarrassing- over NOTHING. keep in mind they'd already logged about 300 or so different items! They told the police they needed to file a police report but

On Day 2, my wife went to pick up my items for me and was turned away because she was not listed as an authorized pickup person. While I understand that policy, the problem was that customer service is nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails are not responded to in a timely manner. On Day 3, after finally making contact, I was granted a one-week extension to pick up my items. Based on that assurance, I made the trip to both the Henderson and North Las Vegas locations the very next day. Neither location had my items available, despite the extension that had been approved. I later learned that my items had been relisted and resold. Not only did Mac.Bid keep my payment, but they also kept the proceeds from reselling the same items. To make matters worse, my account was suspended during this process. This issue has now dragged on for weeks. Customer service still has not provided a meaningful response, and when I speak with managers at the pickup locations, they simply tell me to contact customer service. They acknowledge that customer service is difficult to reach and often does not respond, yet no one is willing or able to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions given to me, obtained an approved extension, and made multiple attempts to retrieve my items. Instead, my items were resold, my money was kept, my account was suspended, and I have been left without answers. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Also very rude managers
