On 04/15/2026, I placed the highest bid on a FitVids Home Gym listed as "Like New." When I checked the listing again on 04/16/2026, the condition had been changed to "Partial," which is a significant difference for this type of equipment. I contacted the North Las Vegas location immediately and requested that my bid be removed due to this material change. I was told that I must have been mistaken and was advised to purchase buyer's assurance instead and return the item if needed. I was also told a supervisor would follow up with me, but I never received a call. For a home gym system, "partial" can mean missing essential components, making it unusable. This is not the same condition as "like new," and I would not have placed a bid under those terms. I am simply requesting that my bid be removed since the listing was changed after my bid was placed and the item is no longer as originally described. I hope this can be resolved directly, otherwise I will consider filing a complaint with consumer protection. Buyers should be aware to double-check listings carefully, especially if conditions can change after bids are placed.

Once you know how simple it is to bid, there's lots of deals to be had. There's times where more people could be interested in the same item but you still get a deal in those moments. The fees vary and there's taxes and not a deal breaker. I've thankfully have bought myself plenty of things that would have cost me a lot more if not purchased here on Mac.bid. I like the manager and team is very diligent in making sure things are organized and anyone can easily tell it's hard work. Props to you all. I hope it continues to stay a fun environment for you all since it is hard work. I also enjoy hearing the wide range of music that sets the casual and friendly tone. Rarely I have had items that are missing and it's understandable. If you're looking for a potential deal on a wide range of things, you gotta check it out.

This location functions just like the Henderson location. The main difference is that this is an Auction pick up only! There is no bin store attached. You bid online using the MAC.BID app. Onec you win your item, you stop here to pick up your goodies. The area is huge and the shelves are PACKED with merchandise. You can even pick up whole pallets of merchandise as well...as long as you have won and paid for them. Happy hunting. I know you find that thrilling deal here....probably many.

Not a tree stand with wheels

The good - you can acquire a lot of really good stuff for a fraction of the cost. The bad - you should buy the insurance every time, and open your boxes before leaving to check your goods. Here's why ? 1) I bought three Christmas trees stands with wheels, which came in very large, heavy manufacturers boxes. When I opened them it wasn't even close to what I bought. Only one was insured and they reluctantly did me a favor by returning only one. Receipts attached. 2) I bought a frame with a bible verse on it, it too came in a large box, there was a picture of the frame in the box but when I brought it home it was full of smaller empty boxes and packaging- basically trash and their argument is I left the warehouse so no refund. My product wasn't in the box!!!! 3) I've bought two office chairs and a bar stool - all were missing the key nuts and bolts to put it together. Home Depot does carry furniture bolts so it wasn't perfect but I managed. 4) Watch the fees. It adds up quickly. 5) most of the products are damaged in one way or another - bird feeder bent; easy up canopy with a broken frame; brass plaque that was resin and broken; bed pillows unwrapped; Christmas tree with bad lights/no tree stand; and the biggest is the product you've purchased isn't what's in the box!!!! Bottom line- in many cases I wouldn't have bought much of this stuff and you're better off paying full price so you can return it if it's broken, damaged, missing pieces or you don't like it. Buyer beware!

Open box basically means you get what you get and can not be return. And if you want to return it, you need to pay extra.

The traffic was steady and even with employees guiding traffic in and out of the parking area, it made me a bit nervous as the parking pick up area is congested with traffic. Even though the employees are wearing brightly colored vests at least one was walking too close for comfort while backing up to leave. As a passenger in a vehicle within this congested and mildly chaotic combination of automobiles and employee foot traffic comingling in rather close quarters it made me nervous enough to think twice before bidding on items that would require pick up from this location- if I were driving. It would be relieving if they would redesign the pick up area so the vehicles have more space to maneuver in and out of the parking pick up spots. The employees did well with both traffic navigation and merch retrieval, and it took longer to maneuver in and out of the parking area than waiting for the actual merch.

I met with Adrian to discuss auctioning items in my garage. I really liked her and felt…read morecomfortable with them. I hired them even though I felt 50% fee was very high. After a couple of weeks, they came and started going through items in garage. In the 2-3 weeks they were "working" on my garage, they only showed up about half of the days. I decided to go in the garage and see what was going on, and it looked like half the things in the garage were gone. When I asked about it, I was told it was trash being removed. I had several family members come look at it because they had looked thru items before I hired this company and they agreed it seemed like a lot of things were missing. After I questioned where things went, they just quit coming to my house. I was told that they wouldn't take things out of garage and this was their reputation. I was told they would go thru things completely and knew what paperwork was important and would pull it out. I found in my trashcan a new book of unsigned checks, papers belonging to my late husbands son who passed away with birthdates, social security numbers etc. I left my garage door to house unlocked to allow them access to the bathroom and they took it upon themselves to feed my dogs and give them treats from inside my home without my permission. An older couple pulled up to my house and asked about a trailer I had, and I told them yes I was selling it. After talking with them, I was told they had already looked at the trailer and been in my garage, again without any permission from me. After I terminated my association with them, a pair of coveralls that I didn't know were missing showed up sitting on my motorcycle which I had covered the night before and an item I had asked about showed up out of the blue at my front door. The older couple who bought my trailer told me that their neighbor told them that I was asking about missing items and the neighbor felt bad, because she had a running board that had been sitting on the side of the house and she had asked the couple to return it to me. Again, I did not know it was missing. I was told I couldn't take anything out of my garage after I signed the contract. One Saturday I had friends over and they were in the garage, because I had offered to pay him for work he did with items from the garage., and I was told they would charge me $50 for each item I took out of the garage (all of which belong to me), and the man working for the auction walked up to me and handed me $40 because he let someone by a saw out of my garage! I would never recommend this company to anyone! I am a recent widower and they took advantage of me.
