When we arrived in Orlando the scooter did not work at all. My mother had to pay triple the amount of money to rent each day in the parks and was in agony walking to and from the transportation. Since we were in a large resort, she was stuck in the room because everything was way too far to walk. It completely ruined the trip. The worst part is that when we contacted the company, they kept trying to tell us we must be doing it wrong and were very nasty. When we returned it, it was confirmed the scooted did not work and then they tried to suggest it was our fault for turning it on and off too many times. I explained to the woman that the scooter did not turn on from the very first attempt and it was given to us broken. She again had a snarky attitude. They gave a refund, but a little kindness would have went a long way. Errors happen, but it is all about the recovery and the customer service was terrible. I would never trust them again.

From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING!
