Don't bother is right! What a waste of time! I called them 3 times & each time the girls answering were nice. I explained I needed a customized wheelchair. They took basic information and made it very clear each time that I must pay $75 over the ph or must bring in exact change to the evaluation since the purchase was not going through insurance. I didn't like that it wasn't a free eval but agreed. First, the handicapped parking spot was not even large enough for my ramp so I had to park at the end of the lot and use the grass. Plus, the wheelchair symbol was one big smudge. It was weird. (You would think this type of facility would at least get that right since their clientele is disabled!) There is a ramp up to the door. However, the double doors are not automatic so it was annoying. Bill, the tech, opened the door and directed us to go into the dark conference room that was crammed with chairs and a pizza on the conference table. Bill was completely rude from start to finish. Even his facial expressions were stern and rude. Instead of asking how he could be of service to us, he had the attitude of "why are you here?" He apparently thinks that if someone is in a power chair there's absolutely no way they can progress to a manual wheelchair. He said in a completely insensitive tone, "What makes you think you could use a manual chair? You mean you need it with power assist? Your arms work? What makes you think you won't just fall out of the chair?"We explained this wouldn't be the 1st time pushing a manual chair. Without even knowing how long ago the injury was, he said "We'll if they put you in a powerchair then that's what you need." He then proceeded to say that they don't usually go through the customer, the therapist usually contacts them. Then why was I scheduled for a fitting evaluation?!! I drove 2 hours, wasted toll money and gas money for no reason!! He said he would talk to the girls but at least they had a friendly customer service attitude. Bill needs to work on his disrespectful, belittling & rude demeanor!! I was ready to purchase 3 pieces of expensive equipment but forget it! I'll take my business elsewhere!!!! He was such an asshole! I'll make sure to share this info with the disabled community!! read more

Don't bother contacting this place. The woman that answers the phone is totally rude. For a company that is dealing with people who have mobility difficulties, they should hire someone else who has empathy. The company does not care one bit about the welfare of it's customers or potential customers. The only thing the company cares about is $$$$ and have policies in place to prove that. The office staff is wonderful. I cannot say this enough they have done nothing but great work for the last 10 or so years I'm in great hands with these guys and encourage anyone who is with a company where they are getting so service to check them out I promise you won't be sorry that you do! The receptionist kindly and thoughtfully answered the phone, listened to my question, and promptly transferred me to their billing specialist Angela V. I was not buying any product from this companyat present, only inquiring. Angela. Thank you for the experience today. After feeling knocked down by another wheelchair company, and Medicare, you productively helped me thru the process and offered alternative solutions. Thank you for listening to all of my questions and taking the time to help. I got more information from you in our 10 minute phone conversation, than I had with another company I was dealing with for 6 months and you even gave me your contact info if I had more questions. don't buy anything from mark! this company is poor and does not live up to anything they promise once they get their money whatever you tell them that goes wrong the tech says you broke it.I am a left leg amputee and my right leg is fused (wont bend). an insurance company paid this company $22,000 for my wheelchair.This chair is supposed to be customized to fit my need. he told me that it was against the law to do any welding on the chair. l explained to him when NuMotions did my chair they attached a piece of metal on my chair to hold my leg,he said they were alley mechanics,and he would give me a leg rest that would work for me.It didnt and it still hasn't . the therapist gave me a sliding board to hold my leg up.l ran over the seat belt buckle and it was crushed.it was made out of cheap plastic.I have had four customized chairs and never had one made that cheaply. the chair has mal functioned totally.Its sitting in a corner not working. before it stopped totally. it would stall and then jerk before it would go. was supposed to tilt to relieve pressure but if you would do that it will not come back up. he sent the tech to fix it but before l would sit in it to test he would leave. and when l would call mark would say it didn't work because I broke it. l never broke any chair until I dealt with his "family" business. he never did give me a work order to sign. save your self a lot of heartaches. l got taken on this one. read more

Horrible service, they just do not care! Having an issue with billing from this company that we tried to resolve for two months, office staff who continuously gives me the run around with promises to contact me back and does not do so, and the owner of the company will not return calls or emails either. We rented a wheelchair December and January from this company: - We were invoiced January 21st for $138.01: paid in full $138.01 on 2/18. - 6/16 the company was paid $93.92 from third party insurance with no invoice. - 6/18 the company was paid an additional $80.63 from third party insurance. - We were then invoiced June 26th for $35, we called immediately and explained the above payments and were do a refund of -$36.54 for over-payment... was promised a call back to confirm - not received. - We were then invoiced again July 22nd for $35, we called immediately and explained again the above payments and were do a refund of -$36.54 for over payment... was promised a call back to confirm - not received. - We called them August 12th, was again told we would get a call back... then asked for the owner of the company to call back and also emailed the owner of the company all the details and proof of the above... NO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS FROM THE OWNER! The time I have wasted with this company on the phone and sending documents is not worth the $36.54 as I am a busy man, however since they have been so unprofessional in its handling this SIMPLE matter we wanted to get the word out to the public not to be aware of how they can expect to be treated over $36.54.
