Our projected start date was originally June 1st, but didn't start until June 12th due to change orders at other jobs they were busy with. Dave went over my expectations and drew a sketch of what I wanted twice. He asked questions to ensure that his vision was the same as mine. I asked him to change two things while the job was in progress and he did so cheerfully and quite well. I also asked if he could paint the shutters for an additional fee and he obliged. He removed an old awning and porch/deck and replaced the awning with a new roof system and a new deck. The price was very competitive with other estimates I received. The work was excellent. There were a few rain delays, but we cannot control the weather. He continued to work in light rain and would work up until the rain just didn't allow it any more. We're going to have him do our back deck in the future! Do not hesitate to consider this company for a job! While he was working I mentioned that our gate was in disrepair. He fixed that too for a low fee.
