The change rooms are really nice and slippers and robe are clean and feel really plush and rich. The rooms for both of us was very relaxing to start and soft music in the background. There is a very light candle in the room with very mild scent. The beds are comfortable and sheets used clean and fresh. The staff who worked on were really good and knew their craft. After about an hour we're ready to take a nap. Expensive when compared to others, however some of the higher cost is for the environment, the luxury and the good staff.

I felt like a new me! She has a true talent with her ability to listen and understand what you need. She's so sweet and has an amazing personality, but when she gets down to business, you better watch out because it's no joke. Her strength still amazes me to this day. Isabel genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be as healthy and comfortable as possible, she doesn't try to sell every package she has, she gives you what you need. I'm really disappointed with my experience. I originally started going for massages to help with…read moreneck and shoulder pain, as well as stress relief. I found a therapist I really liked and began booking monthly appointments. At first, everything was great -- I preferred Fridays, but when their schedule changed, I adjusted and started booking Thursdays instead. I would even book two to three months in advance to ensure consistency. Unfortunately, the clinic repeatedly began calling to cancel or reschedule my appointments because the therapist was either unavailable or no longer working those days. This has now become a regular occurrence, which is extremely frustrating. If therapists are frequently unavailable, it raises the question of why clients are encouraged to book so far in advance in the first place, especially when those appointments are not being honored. Most recently, I booked at another location just to get in this week for shoulder pain, and once again, my appointment was cancelled the same day with an offer to reschedule. At this point, my patience is wearing thin. I completely understand that occasional cancellations happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it reflects poorly on the business and creates a very inconsistent experience for clients. Clients should be able to rely on appointments being available at times that work for them, rather than constantly having to rearrange their schedules due to repeated changes by the clinic or therapist. Reliability and consistency are important in any professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Because of this, I'm now considering finding a new massage clinic altogether.
