The spinal decompression was him strapping my head to a machine that moved my neck up and down for like 15 mins. This was extremely uncomfortable and left me feeling sore at the end of it. The actual adjustment was him using some sort of stapling machine and using it on my back and neck a bunch of times. That's it!!!!! NO CRACKS, NO POPS, Absolutely Nothing. Did not feel any adjustment happening to my bones, spine or neck. I've been to multiple chiropractors in the US and Canada...and this was without a doubt the worst one I've ever been to. Pay a little extra and go to a legit chiropractor instead of this quack. Talking about the customer service: The receptionist was super rude to me as soon as I walked into the place. I could feel a tinge of racism in every word she spoke to me She was being super nice and friendly to other people who came in (read white people) but to me she was extremely cold and rude She asked to sanitize my hands constantly with the hand sanitizer in the office even though I had my own sanitizer Which was her way to insinuating that I was somehow dirty / unclean Overall a super disappointing experience.

Let me list all the questionable practices: 1) He wants you to pay for 6 months worth of services all at once, upfront. As a healthcare professional myself, i know that healthcare mostly runs on a pay-per-service model. The reason it is done like this, is because as humans, we are complex creatures, it is impossible to forecast accurately how one may respond to treatment. You pay per visit, and as you progress you re-evaluate your status and the needs for upcoming visits. I can go on about this much more, but this clinica payments strategies are questionable. Im sure he does a lot of charitable acts for some of his clients, but that doesn't take away from the business model he runs. 2) HE DOES NOT PREACH SCIENCE. This guy is put here telling people that chiropractic adjustments are replacements for the flu shot, chiropractic adjustments will prevent cancer, chiropractic adjustments will alleviate painful periods. There is no scientific proof whatsoever to prove his assumptions, and the messages he send to his clients are dangerous. 3) Money Hungry. If you have a busy schedule and cannot visit his clinic during their very limited hours, he will tell you that you can just get 2 adjustments done back to back (within 15 mins) and pay 2 fees. This is straight bullshit. I have spoken to many chiropractors about this and no one endorses this practice. If you require multiple adjustments in the same day, they would do it during one session. He makes you think the 15 mins make a difference, but it doesn't.

Dr. Ongko, does initial assessments and then calls for a report which tells you about your physique. Chiropractor, Dr Ongko is very competent in his work. He accommodates his patients with timings and holidays. He treats all ages. I have seen really old and few months babies coming to him. Very good for frozen shoulder, sprained ankles/wrists, good posture and healthy spine. I like it because it helps keep my posture, spine and back aligned.
