Truly Exceptional!…read more I've actually been to a number of Chiropractic clinics in Oakville as I didn't feel I was finding the right clinic which fit my needs...until I walked into Foundation Chiropractic. What strikes you is the sheer passion and knowledge that both Dr. Jason an Dr. Jennifer have for Chiropractic care. The first visit involved a detailed neuro-structural exam and what was refreshing was having Dr. Jason tell me that he couldn't perform an adjustment until he saw my x-rays, as he would have no idea if he would make a pre-existing condition worse. It's this level of attention to detail and thoroughness that makes you realise you're in very good hands. Over time I have noticed a drastic improvement in my condition and while there have been times where I pull or tweak a muscle, the recovery is much quicker. Case in point after my most recent assessment after a period of 16 weeks, the improvement in the results for the structural exam speak for themselves. Aside from offering Chiropractic care, Foundation Chiro is a centre for well-being. Providing exercises to try at home with lots of very useful and uplifting messages all over the impeccable and spotless clinic. I loved it so much my 3 year old daughter also sees Dr. Jennifer for constipation issues and in a very short time we have seen excellent results with her too! I cannot recommend this place highly enough and also want to give a huge shout-out to Agatha on the front desk - a friendly face with a beaming smile to always greet you, just the way you want to start a visit :)

I'm gonna be rating the actual treatment and the customer service separately…read more I had taken the Groupon deal for 3 adjustments and spinal decompressions Simple way of putting it is that It is the biggest scam out there. The spinal decompression was him strapping my head to a machine that moved my neck up and down for like 15 mins. This was extremely uncomfortable and left me feeling sore at the end of it. The actual adjustment was him using some sort of stapling machine and using it on my back and neck a bunch of times. That's it!!!!! NO CRACKS, NO POPS, Absolutely Nothing. Did not feel any adjustment happening to my bones, spine or neck. I've been to multiple chiropractors in the US and Canada...and this was without a doubt the worst one I've ever been to. Pay a little extra and go to a legit chiropractor instead of this quack. Talking about the customer service: The receptionist was super rude to me as soon as I walked into the place. I could feel a tinge of racism in every word she spoke to me She was being super nice and friendly to other people who came in (read white people) but to me she was extremely cold and rude She asked to sanitize my hands constantly with the hand sanitizer in the office even though I had my own sanitizer Which was her way to insinuating that I was somehow dirty / unclean Overall a super disappointing experience.

Dr. Freddie is not a good person and the science by which he runs his clinic is also questionable…read more Would not recommend anyone ever use his services. Let me list all the questionable practices: 1) He wants you to pay for 6 months worth of services all at once, upfront. As a healthcare professional myself, i know that healthcare mostly runs on a pay-per-service model. The reason it is done like this, is because as humans, we are complex creatures, it is impossible to forecast accurately how one may respond to treatment. You pay per visit, and as you progress you re-evaluate your status and the needs for upcoming visits. I can go on about this much more, but this clinica payments strategies are questionable. Im sure he does a lot of charitable acts for some of his clients, but that doesn't take away from the business model he runs. 2) HE DOES NOT PREACH SCIENCE. This guy is put here telling people that chiropractic adjustments are replacements for the flu shot, chiropractic adjustments will prevent cancer, chiropractic adjustments will alleviate painful periods. There is no scientific proof whatsoever to prove his assumptions, and the messages he send to his clients are dangerous. 3) Money Hungry. If you have a busy schedule and cannot visit his clinic during their very limited hours, he will tell you that you can just get 2 adjustments done back to back (within 15 mins) and pay 2 fees. This is straight bullshit. I have spoken to many chiropractors about this and no one endorses this practice. If you require multiple adjustments in the same day, they would do it during one session. He makes you think the 15 mins make a difference, but it doesn't.
