They are very unprofessional!…read more I had lymphatic drainage massage scheduled at Physiotherapy on Lakeshore this month (January) but a snow storm unfortunately hit the area the day of my appointment so I called to reschedule (which is perfectly legal for me to do). I was given a day and time for a new appointment and when I called to confirm the day of, the receptionist told me she doesn't have my name on the list. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that someone rescheduled my appointment when I called days ago. I told her I really need the massage as a post-surgical requirement but she kept telling me in a very unapologetic way that there's nothing she can do about it and that she doesn't remember rescheduling my appointment (my call logs prove otherwise). I recommend going to other places for massage therapy and physiotherapy because this place doesn't care about its clients. Now I have to suffer through my condition a little longer and I have to look for a new place at the last minute to have my lymphatic massage...
