    Great service! Privately owned. Tristan, Susan and staff are very professional and friendly. I work for a senior center and took a senior to Santa Rosa to look for a new scooter which is nearly 2 hours from there we live. She is a little slow in speaking and tends to repeat herself but they were very patient and listened to her to help figure out which would be the best even though the store was very busy. We actually went to two places to compare and the price and service was better here. She got the Pride Revo which was not in stock but was delivered the next week. They would have shipped it for free but I went to get it instead. They had it put together and charged up. I will recommend Mobility Masters to all our seniors in our community who are in need of new durable medical equipment.

    One star for a few reasons:…read more 1. They provided conflicting information. Their staff seems confused and disorganized. I had a specialty prescription that needed to be filled here and they told me it could be filled at a regular pharmacy. I waisted days going in circles to find that the prescription needed to be filled at a specialty pharmacy like this. It was a headache for me, our typical pharmacy, our doctor, and my infant who was in pain. 2. They don't take Cigna insurance. They are also less than helpful with information on getting the insurance to reimburse the cost. They also don't take good Rx or any other discount support. 3. Price - Paying out of pocket they charge more than other specialized pharmacys around. The speciality drug store in Windsor was at least $30-40 less and willing to find creative ways to help decrease the cost. (by $130) 4. Wait time - They called to say our prescription was ready but then we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to mix it when we got there. 5. Lack of awareness - while I'm rocking my sleeping baby in the carrier trying to get in and out as fast as possible the staff approaches me to loudly chat. The awareness that I'm hiding in the corner with a covered baby away from the noisy register should give them a clue. I waited months to post this draft because we needed to come back for refills and I was hoping the experience would change. It didn't. Having a baby with both colic and reflux is hard and the pharmacy didn't make things easy on us. Fortunately the medicine did help so it was all very worth it!

Their customer services stinks. A manager did call and apologize and explain they got new staffing but even since her call it is still poor. I paid the co-pay for the wheelchair and they have no record of it. Thankfully I took a screen capture of the online payment. I had to send it to them via email to prove I paid. How insane is that? Now I'm calling weekly to find out when the wheelchair is expected to arrive at their facility. And when you go there...I've been to their facility twice, it's like a ghost town. No receptionist. They never answer phone calls and the place certainly doesn't look busy. What's up? Unfortunately if you're disabled and you're on Medicare, this is the only game in town.
