After a few days in the midst of a power outage that lasted a few hours, I discovered I wasn't able to use a personal hotspot for my IPad. As seniors, we prefer to use iPad rather than our iPhones to pay bills or send and read email.i tried to contact Telus but could not speak to a person and kept getting the Same message. Basically, old phones don't have the capacity for PH. Newer ones did, I had an iphone 12. At no point was I told the essential package I signed up for did not have PH. Telus would not help me. Brett at Mobile Klinic was amazing. He cancelled the contract and set me up with Koodo. He transferred everything and when we left we felt we got the best customer service around. Bestbuy has limited options. I needed a temporary phone case while my high quality Otterbox case was being shipped. I found a cheap case that worked temporary for 1 week here. I really wanted to use my phone but without a case it worries me. So apparently it worked out well. Selections here is awesome but I feel like all the cases are made in China or they are Chinese branded. It makes me wonder how good those cases are. I personally won't use the case as my long term case. One drop, could cost me a lot. I rather invest in a better case. Yes there are NO Otterbox, Spigel or other highly advertised branded cases here.

I returned to the store ($40.00 it should last longer than a few hour!) Employee argued with me why it's normal but finally replaced it. Now less than 3 weeks after the repair the screen has cracked in half. Haven't dropped or bumped my phone. No damage to phone anywhere except the magic crack! Same employee was extremely rude and degrading. Won't stand up to their overpriced product. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Found a place cheeper and half the price! And they have warranty on the product.

They both have many years of experience fixing phones and computers. One thing I like is that they have 3 months warranty if you buy from them. Yes, they sell re-furbished phones, and some merchandise that is not the top of the line. But it is a growing business, run by honest and friendly guys. They deserve a chance to prove themselves. I will continue coming to get their help. China town is also very cool to visit here in Calgary.

Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!)
